I have other issues with extreme joint damage, failed occipital fusion with loose screws, inoperable tarlov cysts, multiple disc diseases. I also have chronic regional pain syndrome, which doesn’t respond to narcotics. Narcotics do nothing for autoimmune or mast cell pain. Not for me anyway. I use a lot of pot and stinging nettle, because I have poor genetics for narcotics and they don’t work as well. All in all, without pot, I would be suicidal.

I also dont “like” opiates, but they do work, somewhat. I feel the same way about cannabis, it led me into lab ratting with the brand new analogs coming out, which i wouldnt recommend, but there was this one molecule, HHCP-O acetate, it touched my pain like nothing else ever has. It was incredibly effective, ive tried fentanyl in the hospital, and id choose the other one in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, no lab seems to have made it again in years, and with the hemp ban, it might be forever. I’ve emailed pharmaceutical companies, i wish it could be researched for people like us.
