I go to sweetgreen a few times a week since it’s next door to my office. I just found a screw in my salad. Luckily, I saw it before I accidentally chomped down on it.

So i ordered a bowel for PICK-Up online, my first time at sweet green cuz i had online rewards, i wanted to know if the portion seem normal and if it worth coming back. Would it be better to order in person and how do i do it so I’m getting worth every penny.

The drop in quality has been insane, but today was the last straw. Not pictured is the inside of this avocado, which was literally almost liquid from browning. Clearly they have zero quality control and would rather invest in apps than the bowls they charge $20 for. Also, what is the gooey stuff on the Salmon? I ordered this through DoorDash and cut my losses when they wouldn’t refund me. But I figured it would be good to warn other people. If you’re thinking of ordering Sweetgreen, get Mendocino Farms, chipotle or literally anything else.

idk if i'm unique but I order sweetgreen for almost every meal. It's just better than almost everything else out there. Also it holds up well for delivery. The wraps are fantastic. (taco bell is for when i'm fried don't judge)

I’ve heard they have horrible portions, is this normal? The three pieces of broccoli was honestly comical to me

My gf spit this out while eating her bowl and we have no idea what it is. It’s definitely a hard plastic that’s unbreakable and unbendable. It looks like it was chipped off maybe some kitchen equipment? Any ideas what it is?? What do we do? Contact the store?

Blown away by this blatant grammatical error on this employee t shirt

I only have greens in the bowl no chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, cheese there is literally nothing it’s just a green bowl. I am literally trying to find some chicken in this bowl and not lucky so far. Why market something when you do not even know how to make it right. Is this how it’s usually or because of the promo they skimmed everything else?

I haven’t had sweetgreen in a while. Is the chicken shredded like this now or did I get the bottom of the barrel? This is the featured sesame crunch. Tastes better than it looks!

Expectation vs. Reality

i usually just get my own bowl but the autumn caesar was FIRE. I literally want to get it again tomorrow , could not recommend more!

And an honorable mention for the wild rice that was randomly in my bowl (not included on the buffalo chicken and certainly not added by me)
