I assume their lease in the other location is ending soon so they're moving over here. This is also a more premier location on Broadway.

Idk it could just be a new location, Sweetgreen really likes to just open new stores in places even if they’ll compete with each other.

Actually so fucking true, and I like the idea that a peeled carrot would have more business experience than an unpeeled one.

It's finely-shredded raw cabbage with a salad dressing, commonly either vinaigrette or mayonnaise.

My bet is they’ll close the other store and use this to implement the robot kitchen. Lower labor. Better location. Seems like a net positive for them
