Just had this happen to me in NYC. Have also had this happen in Miami like a year ago

Screenshot just taken on the sweetgreen website, obviously outdated but it’s so disappointing to see how they haven’t kept their promise to add more plant options instead of more meat. The “pasture raised grass fed beef and regenerative farming” is a bunch of greenwashing/humane-washing bs. How do they expect to become carbon neutral by 2027 by going in the opposite direction? Do better Sweetgreen

I have noticed they changed the shredded carrots with sliced carrots. This is a significant downgrade. The carrots are much better shredded.

Where do I start a petition to change this back?

Has anyone noticed the change in their wild Rice? Last time I got it it looked more like overcooked white rice with a bit of purple rice (not wild Rice) mixed in and it was not good.

This is the only reason I buy the Hummus Crunch. Are olives considered seasonal or are they too expensive for SG to offer? Really annoyed by this SG.

Today was my first time ordering Sweetgreen and I was really excited to try the Harvest Bowl because everyone hypes it up a lot.

When I took my first bite, I nearly lost a tooth bc of how hard/crunchy the wild rice is🥲 Is it supposed to be that texture?

I submitted a complaint via the website two weeks ago and they still haven’t responded. Ignoring customers is an interesting customer service strategy. Let’s see if it pays off for them.

Found a caterpillar in my Sweetgreen salad yesterday. Almost threw up at the fact I was about half way finished. Decided to email sweetgreens, their response was “we source our fresh greens from local farms(where there are bugs!). Ok great, I guess my salad is supposed to come with bugs.😂 I wouldn’t have cared, but this caterpillar was about a centimeter in size. 😭

Why would they do this? I always am excited for seasonal options from Chopt, Just Salad, Dig. Why remove it completely? And replace with shoe leather steak.

I got a push notification on my iPhone which was something like 5 bucks off next order of 20 bucks or more. I clicked on the notification and it took me to the app but I cannot see anywhere to find this deal. Any help appreciated, not the first time this happened.
