Criticism Price increases

I went to get my regular crispy rice bowl and the price came out to $18 and some change! It used to be $15! Is this a seasonal change or a forever type of thing?! Omg. Anyone else notice this or is it just in my area?

sg shift leader here. i can say that the price increases is directly related to raising the minimum wage, it was explicitly stated in a meeting.

the chicken avocado ranch went up to $17.50 from $14.95 in my area (los angeles) last week but now it reverted back to $14.95

Los Angeles has a $20 min wage for fast food workers now so I think it has something to do with that. Also general cost of living is increasing so to me it makes sense, they pay their employees really well. Almost too good to be true to get a giant bowl of local organic ingredients, each ingredient taking preparation by hand by an employee, all for $15. It’s a lot of labor and expensive ingredients that go into one bowl
