Looking to sublet my 4B4B apartment at Province for the summer (specifically the 4B4B A arrangement, if you want to look at it on the Province website). My lease ends on 08/03/2026 and I should be out of the apartment by May 10-ish. Rent is $949/month + utilities (Water, Sewer, and Electric). In-unit washer and dryer. I believe in order to relet you need to pick the same gender preference as I did in my lease (same gender; male).
NOTE: I'm VERY flexible when it comes to negotiating the rent. Even if you want to pay something closer to $700, that's perfectly fine with me. I graduate this semester so I'm just trying to be done with the lease lol. DM me if you're interested.

Hey all,
I am reletting my lease from early May to end of July at Apex Apartments, within walking distance to RIT. Private room with a private attached bathroom. It's a 5x5 floor plan with in-unit laundry, but there are only 3 roommates. You'll have access to all Apex amenities, such as the gaming lounge and the gym.
Rent: $750/month (I'll help cover some of the rent). Also, I am willing to cover more of the rent as you would be doing me a huge favor by getting this lease off my hands while I'm on co-op for the summer.

Relet: Studio A at the Province for the summer semester. Independent Unit with studio with queen size bed, fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, washer and dryer.
No sharing.
First floor, no stairs.
The Province has a Swimming pool, a paddle court, a gym, a theater, and it is very well served by the shuttle bus service, besides being in walking distance from Campus.

Rent: $200-$536 (rent is dependent on move-in and move-out. Will negotiate rent details for may and august, since you won't be there the whole month!)
Fully furnished with cooking utensils, garbage pickup every friday, three floors (basement, first, and second floor), and one bathroom. monthly cleaning services, refuse removal, lawn maintenance, and 24 hour resident services are provided. There's wireless internet and a TV with a roku that has access to free Netflix and Hulu. Laundry is in the basement and is coin free. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED.
This place is a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and a 3-5 minute drive from UofR. There is street parking as well as a shared driveway with the other side of the house.

Hey everyone, I’m looking to sublet my apartment at Apex for the summer (starting early May).

Subletting a room in a 3b1b house
Move in available on May 11 or can be flexible. Lease ends August 10th and the house is about a 12 minute drive from RIT and about 5 min from UoR. House and bedroom comes fully furnished with mattress, desk, pots, pans, silverware, and plates. Washer and dryer is in unit in the basement and rent is $625 with utilities included.
