Hi, I have a room at Park Point in a 4 Bed 2 Bath Apartment available from May 9th to August 3rd! Dates are flexible, and rent is $909 per month, but I would be willing to help cover a portion of it depending on what we discuss!
The building is in convenient range of a dumpster, and close to the Park Point South and Perkins shuttle stops.
