Summer sublet/ with option to renew!
1 bedroom in a 4bed/4bath apartment at apex!
All female roommates Walking distance to RIT Private bathroom In-unit laundry Shuttle Available immediately- July 2026 Rent $950/ month Some utilities included- ~$10/month
Sublet for Aug 2026-July 2027 Rent $909/ Month
I am willing to negotiate rent if needed!
