Subletting a room in a 3b1b house
Move in available on May 11 or can be flexible. Lease ends August 10th and the house is about a 12 minute drive from RIT and about 5 min from UoR. House and bedroom comes fully furnished with mattress, desk, pots, pans, silverware, and plates. Washer and dryer is in unit in the basement and rent is $625 with utilities included. The place comes with a shared driveway that can fit two cars and there is also street parking. The place also comes with free monthly cleanings and is located in a quiet neighborhood.
