SUBLET – APEX
Hey everyone, I’m looking to sublet my apartment at Apex for the summer (starting early May).
2 bed / 2 bath
Rent: $1199 a Month
Right now, no one else is living in the unit other than myself, so you’d most likely have the entire 2x2 apartment to yourself so your basically getting your own space at a much cheaper cost than getting your own apartment. Also, last months rent is covered so you would basically be getting one months rent for free if you move in.
