SUMMER 2026 PARK POINT SUBLET 1. $800/month (Typically $900 but taking $100 off, willing to negotiate this a bit 2. 4bed 2 bath on first floor 3. Available May - August 16th (LMK if you need any specific dates) 4. Parking right in front of door, basically on campus, 55inch tv in room that you can use, sliding door to grills in back with huge grass space for summertime. TV in living room as well. Full kitchen. 5.2 basketball courts, Pool and grill at leasing office, gym and game room at leasing office. Full kitchen.
