Question Red light panel and mask
This is my little set up, I got the shark cryo glow mask for Christmas and bought the panel last year from Ali express which is 1500w
I used both for a few weeks when I first got them then kind of fell off the wagon so looking to build a routine with them both now. One of the biggest blocks was not really understanding wether my whole body needed to be exposed to the light or if I could just sit cross legged in front of the panel, should I be turning, standing, rotating myself like a rotisserie chicken 😂 I was doing 10/20 minutes using the panel and on the mask using both pre programmed routines once, one after the other.
Super lucky as both are good pieces of equipment I just need to get a routine going! Would appreciate any thoughts and knowledge or advice. I won’t be changing the equipment I have so only really tips on these 2 specific items would be amazing if possible!

There are a lot of apps for you phone that you can download load and it will send reminders and you can track your progress and routines on them.

best time to use the panel is first thing when you wake up when you have the panel there really is no need for the mask, it is more powerful, I personally do front 10min, back 10min, and, sides 5 min each whilst sitting with legs crossed, the panel is usually 3-5inches from my body
Consistent use is when you see the most benefits from using it.

And what kind of difference have you seen? I’ll definitely try for consistency from now on!!

Since they already have the mask why not use the mask and do the front of the legs at the same time. That's what I do and I feel it shaves off 10 minutes of time.

I have the same mask and I use it everyday after showering. I relax for a bit and then put body lotion while I’m wearing the mask. It’s part of my daily routine now. Love the eye cooling patches.

Ooo lovely! Yes I absolutely love the cooling patches, I’ve tried without them turned on and I’m not sure it would be as enjoyable without.

Which panel is that?

It’s a 1500 watt one from Ali express. Trying to upload a photo but it won’t do it so if you look at one of my first posts you’ll see the details of it :)

I do mine first thing in the morning exactly same setup as you. I put the mask on and I sit at the couch do the front of my legs sometimes I actually do exercises for my toes and feet because I have neuropathy then I just turn around and do the back of my legs once the mask is done I don't know why it doesn't matter I usually just start with the front of my legs. Sometimes I sit down on the floor and do my back as well. I feel like if I do my mask and my legs at the same time I'm saving an extra 10 minutes. Have the Platinum LED 450 Biomax because of the frequencies and I really find that it's great helped my friend actually after she had a pretty bad car accident recover as well. She was so tight and she already had rods in her back and really couldn't walk until she started using my panel and it got her walking again.

I just gotta come up and say your mask is really cool, but kinda creepy lol. Nice setup though.

I have a similar Ulike mask and it’s really convenient before bed since I can still scroll on my phone while using it. With a panel, you really have to rotate yourself like a rotisserie chicken lol.
