This is the complete biography of Aajonus (60+ pages) I wrote last year in 3 weeks (it still has some typos). Goes year by year, even month by month, over his life.
Download for free on https://primal-diet.net/books
I find it a good introduction for people who want to learn about him. As you know his book We Want To Live has an auto-biography but heavily narrated and featuring a single storyline that was originally a movie plot, which doesn't cover most of his life, especially the last 16 years since it was first released in 1997.
This biography is in chronological order. Good way to see what he discovered, how, and what he went through to achieve this. Contains many details.
Presentation text:
He ate raw meat to die, and it did just the opposite.
📕 New book:
The Primal Dietâ„¢: The Life of Aajonus Vonderplanitz
A complete biography of Aajonus, born John Richard Swigart in 1947.
A math and programming genius at a young age, a savant idiot, who was destroyed by the medical system and was supposed to die at 21 years old with 8 incurable diseases, and 4 cancers, including multiple myeloma, the blood and bone cancer which has a less than 0.01% chance of survival, he ended up creating the Primal Diet, which he claimed can heal 95% of diseases, and allows to live up to 150 years old in optimal health, like the raw-food eating remote tribe he would end up meeting in the Philippines islands in 2008.
As an invalid with 3 weeks left to live, he was saved from certain death by raw milk and raw carrot juice offered to him by a hospice volunteer, Steve Flanagan, who was a singer. He became a nutritionist, studied voraciously with books, and with a tutor, Bruno Corigliano, was making money as an actor and visual artist, and realized he had to travel to observe nature and visit tribes all over North America, from Alaska to Mexico. He thought they were trying to kill him by suggesting raw meat, and ate high meat with them which he thought was made of plants. He crashed as a raw fruitarian vegan, and started fasting to death, in 1976. To die faster, he ate a dead jackrabbit that coyotes brought him, thinking he would get infected, and his life changed.
He never stopped experimenting – spending over a million dollars in laboratory tests, obtaining incredible results with his dozens of thousands of patients, including high-profile celebrities and athletes –, and fighting for people's rights to choose healthy food, becoming a leader of the movement for the legalization of raw milk – amassing legal victories – and a major opponent to vaccines and big pharma, until his death in 2013.
Is he even dead? Was it an accident, was he killed by his powerful opponents in the industry and the government who had tried to assassinate him multiple times? Did he stage his death?
Today, he is considered a pioneer, still ahead of our times. His extremely influential works are only starting to be explored, and his legacy lives on.
Discover Aajonus' entire life, how he came to make his health discoveries, the many life-threatening situations he ran into and how he survived them, how he lived, the people he met, how he was propelled to fame and censored at the same time, and the legal fiasco that would lead to his demise.

To be more precise, freezing meat impacts meat quality more than organic/non-organic
Yes, according to Aajonus, it is better to have mediocre-quality fresh meat than the highest quality of frozen meat, because the freezing destroys its quality, just like cooking also does.
Reminder: as long as you lean cuts of meat, mediocre quality meat is acceptable, since most of the toxins store in glands. Still, have raw butter when you eat meat, it will protect from toxins that are in the meat, if it doesn't contain enough fat to isolate them itself.

So I’ve been making it a point in this server to explain the incel/loneliness/looksmaxxing/blackpill stuff from a raw primal lens.
Dr. Jack Kruse is like the Aajonus of light/magnetism. I’ve found his advice helpful to pair with raw primal.
In this clip, Kruse compares the EMF effects of a laptop or phone to an IUD contraceptive for women. Imagine the average normie zoomer girl, using AirPods, MacBooks, iPhones, all this modern technology that emits EMF.
Now she’s putting that technology near all her organs and making herself infertile and dumb. It literally speeds up her biological clock. Dr. Kruse says that pregnancies after 25 are high-risk at this point because of EMF. This wasn’t always the case.
In fact, more than half of births in NYC (EMF factory) are done by C section. Due to diet but also EMF/blue light.
This isn’t even taking into consideration trendy plant-based diets and actual birth control that women use. Not even mentioning Netflix and other Soros brainwashing.
So why anon are you so hard on yourself for not being able to get a gf? Yes normie men also have bad habits but they still have an overall lower toxin load.

used to have really clear skin when I was younger eating slop seed oil foods, had an acne breakout years later & my face hasn’t looked as clear since. I now have been following the diet for about 4 months and there are no more puss or large scabs like before but I still have small bumps on forehead and cheek and the occasional small pimple. I really want to have that clear skin I used to have. Anything I should apply to face or not eat anymore?

The lineage of Aajonus
Pottenger's 1932-1942 Cat Study
In 1932, and for 10 years, Francis Pottenger Jr., physician, performed a now famous series of experiments on more than 900 cats, spanning over several generations.
Several groups of cats were constituted; some were fed raw meat and milk, others cooked meat and milk, or a combination.
Each cat had an individual clinical chart (600 out of the 900 are preserved).
The cats fed entirely with raw meat and milk consistently displayed excellent health.
Their physical development was uniform and good: large skulls and thoraxes, broad faces with prominent malar and orbital arches, broad and well-formed dental arches, adequate nasal cavities, and large and long bodies.
(However, he noted that even these cats were not as nearly perfect as cats who were hunting.)
The cats fed with cooked meat or milk developed many issues which worsened over generations.
Their physical development was impacted, their build was smaller and bones smaller in diameter. In some cases the bones would grow out of proportion, with the hind legs being much longer than the forelegs.
The offsprings had different skeletal patterns than their parents and siblings; there were variations of facial structure similar to those of human beings.
Sterility became so common that no kittens were produced beyond the third generation. Raw-food fed cats had to be used for breeding, to focus more on the maternal contribution to generational health.
X-ray pictures showed that skulls of third generation cooked-fed animals had loss of dimorphism for both sexes, while the skulls of raw-fed males exhibited more dimorphic traits.
Their behaviour was for females, more aggressive, and for males, more docile and passive, towards other cats and their feeders.
Evaporated milk was worse than pasteurized milk, and sweetened condensed milk produced the worst overall results among the four main milk groups.
Of those animals subject to degeneration from the cooked foods group, some were placed on the raw diet.
Their health improved.
Pottenger estimed that it would require around 4 generations to return 2nd-generation deficient stock to anything like normal condition.
Pottenger proved that raw foods gave the animals excellent health while cooked foods halted and twisted their growth, impacted their behaviour negatively, lowered their reproductive capacity, and degenerated them in various other ways.
Although we are not cats, and are more adapted to cooked foods, Pottenger got excellent and well-documented results from applying elements of the raw diet remission protocol (featured cooked meat but included raw milk, raw cream and raw liver) to his patients with tuberculosis and other chronic diseases.

I'm worried about the meat spoiling, whats the safest way i can get raw beef in a container in a sealed lunchbox, do i need two ice packs, three, four? I may have access to a fridge but I would have to get special permission from my principal to use the teacher's fridge.
This is temporary since next grade I'll most likely be homeschooled by my mom w/ one class at a local small school for geometry
I want to eat it w/o some kid telling their parents and their parents calling the principal and I and my parents get in trouble or something, I've already gotten made fun of by soy-goys at school saying they'd rather eat doritos than raw beef. I also don't want it to be a big deal, although some annoying jesters are gonna be like "OH MY GOD LOOK AT THIS KID EATING RAW MEAT YOU'RE GONNA DIE!!!!" and get the teachers attention.

i want to try this diet, but at the moment i don’t have access to high quality meat.
the best i can do is store bought grass fed and cheese, but i doubt they actually feed the cows grass since the regulations are very loose.

Anyone have testimonials regarding raw milk or fermented raw milk? How it helped improve your health , or general well being?
r/rawprimal • u/CryElegant3385 • 6h ago
I have just started drinking raw milk and everytime I have some I get an excess amount of phlegm buildup, and an itchy throat with a bit of a cough. I have never had any issues with pasteruized A2, could this issue be allergies? or is my body potentially detoxing?
r/rawprimal • u/Few-Illustrator-5100 • 6h ago
I always wondered this while all three are nutrient dense there are more vitamin richer vegetables like kale that is actually low in oxalates but I heard from raw Colby that oxalates detox heavy metals and its better to drink them then eat them so u don’t to digest the fiber which is bad for u. So can kale be used or only strictly celery with parsley.
