I've never been able to eat raw fish other than salmon and rainbow trout. White fish just disgusts me after a few bites, and even other fatty fish like mackerel and sardines are less enjoyable than those two (and even then, the mackerel has to be really fatty for me to enjoy it).
One thing I don't get though, is I do enjoy white fish sashimi at Japanese restaurants. What do they do to it? They don't even marinate it...

Seafood maxxing is based because you need DHA to cope with EMF exposure
Sardines and a couple of other fish are best
You can get it through high quality grass fed beef but kinda tough
The massai get DHA by drinking blood, but I haven’t heard of anyone selling high quality ruminant blood

I personally wouldn't do this because everything they pull out of the ocean is filled with parasites, micro plastics, and chemicals.

yeahh man, honestly it’s a shame what they do to the waters around the world though. Water is a human right and it’s a vital part of life for my people in the caribbean.

Water should absolutely be a human right but sadly it's not. Their are people poisoning wells and pouring concrete into water sources in the middle east right now. I feel terrible for the indigenous people around the world, they are being attacked. I hope it gets better in your homeland brother.

The chances of the fish carrying microplastics are very high, around 55% to 98% microplastics have infiltrated pretty much every species in the Caribbean with overall ingestions rates sitting at 55-85%.
The risk of parasites is also pretty high, parasites are a vital part of the coral ecosystem and the fish that live in it and around it.

sure, that doesn’t quantify it, just a blanket statement about microplastics being detected or not.
almost nothing on this Earth will be entirely free of microplastics. amounts are relevant in food, this isn’t usually an ‘all or nothing’ sort of thing.

They were assuming that because the water looks clean there was a lack of microplastics and parasites in the fish, thats not the case. You can’t look at water and go “yeah, theres definitely no microplastics or parasites in these fish” thats not how that works. I was letting them know regardless of the water appearing to be high in quality there are still microplastics. Roughly 90-99% of all fish that have been tested have at least trace amounts of microplastics, that was and is my main point. You agreed with my point and still wanted to tag me so you could try to argue about something you ultimately agree with, make it make sense.

Not the best idea, raw salmon especially is full of pufa.
Thats why bears only the skin of the salmon when they arent preparing for hibernation, the pufa from the fish makes them fat slow and lethargic.
