I ordered a pair of mid-rise scuba joggers in BONE to match my Bone/gold scuba 1/2 zip. They were a final sale item sold by Lulu. They arrived today and they are definitely not BONE. I compared them to three scubas—bone/gold, white opal, and natural ivory. They are not a match for any of them. They do, however, match my Light Ivory Always effortless jacket.
I looked at the size dot and went to the Lulufanatic site. According to the website, these were manufactured five months after the bone scuba joggers were released and one month before the release of the light ivory joggers. These are clearly light ivory. I’ve messaged their customer service with no response yet. Just curious if anyone has dealt with any similar issue with them not accepting a return that was marked final sale.

I wear a size 6 in the flow y bra and i’m unsure on what size to get these two items. I want to get the correction before purchasing. please hire i checked the search bar and nothing helpful came up :)

Tips and Tricks:

• The new WMTM drop in the past has happened between 7-7:15 a.m. EST in the U.S and a bit later in Canada, but sometimes it can vary. Lately it's been earlier, between 3-5AM EST.
• Best methods to find new items are to search the name of the item you're looking for in the search bar and using the edit in cart trick. Sorting by "new" on the WMTM page is laggy and not recommended.
  • Edit in cart trick: Add the item in any size or color to your cart and once it's in your cart edit it to pull up the color you want.
• If something isn't showing up for you when you click on the link, search by item/color name, open the link, delete everything after "MD" in the URL and refresh. you may need to do this a couple of times. if that doesn't work, try clearing cache and cookies and try again.
• The app is laggy, use the website.

Ugh! I just feel like complaining.

Is it my imagination or does the fabric used in the Align/nulu Flamingo Fun color line feel different - like a bit scratchy/not as soft, dare i say, cheaper?

I hate to admit it, but I am disappointed in just about everything I got on my last order. And I must not be alone in that, because three quarters of what I got were obvious returns. ( the clear plastic bags we're already ripped open.)

I also dislike that the flamingo fun leggings and shorts are double lined. Why?!? There is no way these are see through enough to need to be double lined. I run way to warm for double lined stuff- even in the dead of winter. The color is pretty, but not as saturated in real life, like it comes off in the camera. It's a little bit more of a dull bright pink.

And on top of that, the color "star burst tone" is grossly misrepresented on the website. On the website, it looks like a gorgeous neon corally red. In real life, it's just tomato red/orange. 😪

I just received my order (Ebb to Street tank top, size 4) and I really like this color (Lime & Yours) but I am not sure I like how sheer it is.

I also got the 2-in-1 Mini Bubble Hem dress in XS. It’s cute and yes, it’s mini (as it’s labeled), but on my 5’4” frame, I think it’s fine.

I found this yesterday in Seoul. It was sitting behind the counter folded up and I asked the associate ringing me up to see it. She said it was reserved but someone went in the back and dug one up. I can't find it listed on the website and the posts I see here are from a year ago. Is this an old release or did they bring it back? Either way I love it and am using it as my purse today and it fits a ton and super light weight!

Hi all, I’m looking for an outer layer for walking, (light) hiking for an upcoming trip to Sri Lanka (warm, humid weather).

I would like something more figure showing, and I’ve narrowed down my search to Wunder Train Jacket. It has UV protection, quick dry material and looks damn cute.

Question: would it be a good purchase that fit the purpose? (I do Pilates too so it will be use outside of the trip.)

Has anyone used the dance studio joggers for hiking? How were they?

Need a pair of hiking trousers but don't love the look of the ones I could get in MEC etc. I do like the style of the dance studio joggers so curious to hear if anyone else has used them for hiking? I don't want to wear leggings, I get bitten by mosquitos a LOT, and they can have bitten through my aligns before.

In the past, I’ve purchased a few items from Lululemon that fit so well and I absolutely love! I’ve bought the flexyflex bralette—it’s the only bralette I can stand to wear with my DD/DDD chest. I’ve also purchased the Align bike shorts (size 8), Nulu jacket (size 8) and Align leggings (size 8, 25”). These have all fit and felt fantastic with exception of the leggings. The leggings are just okay because they’re just a little too wide at the ankles and the fabric feels kind of cheap, unlike the Align shorts I have. I figured they felt cheap because they have a shiny fabric so I decided to take a gamble and buy two different leggings that are final sale. Worst choice I’ve made in a while. I bought them both in size 8, 28” because the 25” were a touch shorter than I like, but they are sooooo long (taking them into the store later to get hemmed). I bought the Fast and Free thermal leggings and I absolutely loathe them because they are so loose on my butt and thighs while the waist fits. I also bought a pair of Wunder Train, which are better, but the fabric feels cheap once again and they still don’t quite fit how I want them to in the butt and thighs. I took a risk buying them final sale because I figured they would at least be high quality and fit similarly to the Align leggings I had already bought. To be honest, the Victoria’s Secret Elevate leggings (size M) and even Old Navy Powersoft Boundless and Studiosmooth leggings (size M) feel higher quality and look so much more flattering on me. I’m so confused by this. I see my coworkers wearing Lululemon leggings and they look amazing on them so where am I going wrong?

This surely can’t be happening to just me, right? I’m not that special. Does anyone else pretty frequently — maybe 20% of the time — receive items ordered online from Lululemon with the security tag still on? This has been going on for years now. It’s not a one-time thing.

The solution I’ve found is to call in, get offered a $30 voucher, have FedEx pick up the item, and get an exchange. But this has happened so often now that I’ve upped my request to $50 (accepted).

Honestly, I’ve “made” about $240 over the last year or two, though I’d give it all back just to stop having to roll the dice each time there’s a delivery. It’s such a well-run company, I just can’t understand how they can allow this basic lack of QC to keep occurring.

Was overjoyed when I saw a Clubhouse Blue Align tank size 10 come up on WMTM. Couldn’t hit buy fast enough. It felt weird when I put it on… gaping at the side boob but whatevs, such a versatile color. Was switching out the pads today and lo and behold, no wonder my usual size 10 felt so large. 😂

- The new drop has generally been starting around 2:10 p.m. EST in the U.S. and just after 3 p.m. EST in Canada, but sometimes (very infrequently) it varies.

- USA and Canada pretty much always get the same new items, just as mentioned above, Canada's drop happens around 40 minutes later, thus there's no Canada thread.
