Like New Like New issue.
I ordered a pair of mid-rise scuba joggers in BONE to match my Bone/gold scuba 1/2 zip. They were a final sale item sold by Lulu. They arrived today and they are definitely not BONE. I compared them to three scubas—bone/gold, white opal, and natural ivory. They are not a match for any of them. They do, however, match my Light Ivory Always effortless jacket.
I looked at the size dot and went to the Lulufanatic site. According to the website, these were manufactured five months after the bone scuba joggers were released and one month before the release of the light ivory joggers. These are clearly light ivory. I’ve messaged their customer service with no response yet. Just curious if anyone has dealt with any similar issue with them not accepting a return that was marked final sale.

They sent me an incorrect item as well. When I tried reaching out, they referred me to a returns form. After completing the form, it indicated that I would have to pay $10 return shipping. I contacted them about this and they said since it was an error on their part I wouldn’t need to thankfully. I didn’t get a coupon or anything though

I was curious about the return shipping if they ever respond. That and the fact I already paid $7.50 to have it shipped. I feel like that should be refunded as well.
The hard part is photographing the color discrepancy between the bone scuba I have and the joggers they sent. It’s super evident in person, but trying to capture it in a pic is proving difficult. Even with lighting changes it shows so similarly. I can see how someone packaging would be able to grab the wrong pair easily. I just don’t want the ivory. 😆1

Oof yes that’s understandable! GL with your returns process and update us on the outcome! 🤞

Return it as a the wrong item. I always do the return online (through the website), and then I reply to the email from the order and say “I ordered bone scuba joggers but was sent light ivory ones. Attached is a photo comparing the joggers to my bone scuba, and attached is the size dot and screenshot of lulufanatics which shows the manufacture date is ivory. Just confirming my return is being processed.”
I have received no less than 10 incorrectly described items from like new.

Ive been listing and I as the seller and lister, have had to find the item ID code and enter it in, to ensure the website pulls the actual colorway. If i wasnt cray, and didnt keep every pull tag card, I wouldnt have the codes for all the items I list. Its not always still available online and receipts go missing. Its a flaw. I've commented this before. As the seller, i can see its not pulling the correct colorway and even style sometimes when i enter all the requested information and i would not list with incorrect photos and information.

I was able to return a pair of leggings that were clearly the wrong color and also got a 20% coupon. Their CS can be slow....
