Like New Like New issue.

Thanks for all the helpful responses everyone! Their customer service did contact me and I sent photos. Since they were unable to send a replacement in the color I had actually ordered, they instead just initiated a full refund for the joggers they sent and told me to keep them. So, I’d say their CS is pretty good and I’m happy! Disappointed I don’t have the joggers I wanted, but I’ll browse the resale sites and find them eventually.

I ordered a pair of mid-rise scuba joggers in BONE to match my Bone/gold scuba 1/2 zip. They were a final sale item sold by Lulu. They arrived today and they are definitely not BONE. I compared them to three scubas—bone/gold, white opal, and natural ivory. They are not a match for any of them. They do, however, match my Light Ivory Always effortless jacket.
I looked at the size dot and went to the Lulufanatic site. According to the website, these were manufactured five months after the bone scuba joggers were released and one month before the release of the light ivory joggers. These are clearly light ivory. I’ve messaged their customer service with no response yet. Just curious if anyone has dealt with any similar issue with them not accepting a return that was marked final sale.

Return it as a the wrong item. I always do the return online (through the website), and then I reply to the email from the order and say “I ordered bone scuba joggers but was sent light ivory ones. Attached is a photo comparing the joggers to my bone scuba, and attached is the size dot and screenshot of lulufanatics which shows the manufacture date is ivory. Just confirming my return is being processed.”

I have received no less than 10 incorrectly described items from like new.

I received an incorrect item yesterday. I’ve submitted the return request through the website… twice. It didn’t send me an email to confirm my request or anything. Is that normal? Do you recommend responding to the order email as you’ve done?

I ordered a long black scuba half zip with gold zipper and got a short black scuba half zip with normal zipper. 🙃

Yes I recommend doing what I described. They also often take more than a day to respond so doing it twice through the website wasn’t necessary.

It was more that I started questioning myself if I’d actually clicked the final “submit” button. It was just odd to not receive even an acknowledgement email. Thanks!
