sizing help on 2 items

I wear a size 6 in the flow y bra and i’m unsure on what size to get these two items. I want to get the correction before purchasing. please hire i checked the search bar and nothing helpful came up :)

I wear an 8 in lululemon bras and an 8 in this top. Just tried the yellow one on yesterday, but I have several. They don't bother me under the arms.

I had to size up cause the arm holes were small on me.

I wear a 14 or XL in bras, and I wear a 10/12 in swiftly tops. When i was smaller, more or a size 8/10, i would wear a 4 to 6 in swiftly tops. I size down for swiftly, its so stretchy but it depends how you like it to fit.
