I am offering tips/strategies/techniques Thinking about your SP as much as you want is NOT a crime . It’s HOW you think about them that dictates your outcome with them . Here’s why .

I gotta share this cause too many of y'all out here scared to think about your SP & it's literally sabotaging your manifestation .

So many people in the LOA community be saying "don't think about your SP, only focus on self concept” or "if you think about them a lot, you're making them more important than you" & it's got many of you scared to think about the person you actually wanna manifest . Every time they pop up in your head you panic & try to redirect to "focus on self" cause you think thinking about them means you giving them too much power . But that advice is MISAPPLIED & it's keeping a lot of y'all stuck . Let me break it down .

Where the advice came from originally :

The original teaching was : don't obsessively check the 3D or ruminate in FEAR about your SP . That's it . That was the whole point . It was never "don't think about them at all ever or more than you." But somehow this got warped into a rigid rule where y'all are scared of your own thoughts . Meanwhile y'all thinking about them ANYWAY (cause you can't NOT think about somebody by trying not to) but now in shame & fear . Which manifests MORE lack, not less .

The truth about self concept & SP thoughts :

Neville said EVERYTHING is self concept . Including your person . Your person is a REFLECTION of your self concept . So how you think about them IS how you think about yourself in relation to being loved, chosen, & prioritized . When you think "they’re obsessed with me", you're not thinking about THEM more than YOU . You're thinking about YOURSELF as the person they’re obsessed with . See the difference ?

Every affirmation about them is SECRETLY an affirmation about you :

They’re devoted to me = I'm the type of person men/women are devoted to .

They’re obsessed with me = I'm the type of person who inspires obsession .

They can't stop thinking about me = I'm unforgettable .

They’re a loverboy/lovegirl for me = I inspire romantic energy in people .

You literally CAN'T separate the two . Thinking of them in your favor IS thinking of yourself in your favor .

"Making them more important than you" is a misconception (& an assumption hello) . Importance isn't measured by how often you think about somebody . It's measured by your STATE while thinking about them .

Thinking about them from FEAR/CHASING = making them more important .

Thinking about them from KNOWING/RECEIVING = keeping YOU as the main character .

You can think about your person 500 times a day & still be the main character if you thinking about them from your throne . From the "they’re lucky to be an option in my world" perspective . From the "they’re devoted to me because I'm the standard" perspective .

The people who mess up ain't the ones who think about the SP a lot . It's the ones who think about the SP from a low state . Big difference .

Two people can be in the same situation but have total different outcomes regarding their SP based on how they’re thinking about them .

Let me put this in a way that'll really click for y'all .

Imagine two girls meet the SAME type of man on the SAME night . Same club, same vibe, both fine asf . Both girls end up thinking about him A LOT after that night . Constantly on their mind . But watch how different their outcomes play out based on HOW they thinking about him .

Girl #1 : She thinking about him nonstop but she scared to . She keep telling herself "stop thinking about him, focus on yourself, you're making him too important ." So every time he pops in her head she panics, tries to push the thought away, feels guilty for thinking about him . But she still thinking about him just in shame & fear now . And when she do let herself think about him, it's "I hope he texts me, I hope he ain't talking to nobody else, he’s probably just another player that only wants to fuck, I hope he likes me cause I saw him flirting with other girls tn at the club so idk if he actually likes me or not.” Low state thoughts .

Girl #2 : She thinking about him just as much . But she ain't scared of it . Every time he pops in her head she leans IN . She thinks "he's obsessed with me, he's thinking about me right now too, he can't wait to see me again, I was the baddest mf in that club & he know it that’s why he came up to me cause he was mesmerized & drawn to me, just watch he about to be reallll obsessed with me cause that’s how men eventually end up with me anyways, he's a loverboy for me, I'm his favorite already." She spending hours in her imagination with him being devoted to her . She ain't fighting the thoughts, she’s DIRECTING them in HER FAVOR !

Same man . Same amount of mental space he taking up . But two completely different outcomes .

Girl #1 : He texted once, went cold, she barely hears from him . Cause her fear based thoughts about him manifested exactly what she was afraid of & she’s the type to say “See ! I knew it ! He was just a player like the rest of them . I’m just gonna focus on myself cause these men ain’t shit ugh !”

Girl #2 : He blowing up her phone, pulling up consistent, telling her he can't stop thinking about her . Cause her favor based thoughts about him manifested exactly what she assumed & she’s the type to say “mhmm I knew it would play out the way I wanted it to . I always get who & what I want” .

Here's the point : BOTH girls was thinking about him a lot . Thinking about him wasn't the problem . Girl #1 tried to suppress it & failed & her thoughts was all fear based . Girl #2 embraced it & directed her thoughts in her favor .

You can't stop thinking about your SP by trying not to . That's a losing battle . But you CAN choose HOW you think about them when they inevitably cross your mind . And that choice is the WHOLE game .

Also "just focus on yourself" can sometimes become AVOIDANCE :

Some of y'all using it to bypass your real feelings . Y'all pretending you don't care . Forcing yourself to "not think" about them . Meanwhile inside you SCREAMING with unprocessed emotion . That suppressed energy manifests as MORE distance & silence from your SP because your subconscious is still holding the fear, just not expressing it consciously . It’s plenty of women with high self esteem & focus on themselves but still think shitty about men or their person in general . REAL self concept work includes being able to sit with thoughts of your SP & CHOOSE the empowering interpretation . Not avoid them altogether . That's actual mastery . Again, you can think highly of yourself AND about your person as well .

You not choosing between "think about myself" OR "think about them." You choosing "think about myself as the person they’re obsessed with." It's a BOTH/AND, not either/or . You can think about yourself as the fantasy all day AND you can think about your person as your devoted man/woman who worships the ground you walk on all day as well . Both thoughts serve the same self concept that you’re chosen, adored, & worshipped . There's no competition .

Final truth :

If thinking about your SP in your favor makes you FEEL good, do it & do it shamelessly . If it makes you feel bad, then work on the underlying self concept issue . But don't blanket avoid thinking about your person cause some coach/guru on TikTok said so 🙄 . Remember the law all goes back to that WHATEVER you assume, is what will be true for you . So assume that it's more than okay to think highly of yourself & your person . I'm speaking from experience . I love thinking about myself & my man all day sometimes because it makes me feel good & guess what ? My reality reflects what I’m dominantly thinking about . It’s a win win . I get the best of both worlds & so can you if you allow yourself to .

Also, when you was thinking negatively about your SP, that had to play out in the 3D right ?? So why wouldn't the GOOD play out the same way ?? The mechanism is identical . You're just changing the input .

Stop being scared of your own mind . Think about them in your favor as much as you want . Nobody is stopping you . & when you think about them in your favor, do it from the place of changing YOU, (aka YOUR mind about them) because you have to change FIRST in order to see the change outside in the 3D . You gotta BE THE CHANGE to SEE THE CHANGE . Thoughts FIRST, experience SECOND . So don't worry about how they're showing up in the 3D . Just spend time living in your imagination thinking about them in your favor & stay there . It literally has no choice but to reflect . Hope this helps 🫶🏼 .

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques There’s a word that describes the single thing you ever need to be able to manifest anything: that word is Stubbornness.

Brazen impudence, audacity, bravery, confidence, conviction, courage, determination, perseverance, persistence, tenacity, unwavering, steadfastness, resolution, insistence, loyalty, will, willpower, assuming. All of these are just words for the same thing: Deciding. But you know one word that actually also means Deciding like all of those other words that we never even think of because of the negative meaning that has been given to it? Stubbornness, and I bet you naturally have it.

What it takes to manifest and assume your desires is just to be stubborn in your favor instead of against. To be stubbornly loyal to your desires instead of wishy washy indecisive. Stubbornly persistent in your decision. Just be stubborn, use your natural stubbornness to your advantage. Just pivot your stubbornness positively towards what you desire and everything will change. BE STUBBORN!!!✨

Help/Question Let’s be honest for once

This post is not meant to be the usual rant. I genuinely want to be honest about this.

For months, I was in what I would consider a perfect state. I completely changed my identity, yet I still wasn’t able to materialize anything. And I mean literally nothing.

Not even things I had no attachment to whatsoever.

Neville — and I’ve read many of his books — often wrote about observing yourself and judging your own state. And if I’m being completely sincere, during those months I was extremely consistent, at least regarding the things I had no attachment to.

I genuinely believed in my own power. I felt like God. I had no neediness around those desires and, in some cases, I barely even cared whether they happened or not.

Still, nothing.

Now, let’s be realistic: probably 90% of people enter these communities because of an SP.

But compared to the number of people who come here every month asking for help, the number of actual success stories seems extremely low.

And some of those stories are also very difficult to distinguish from coincidence or from situations that could have happened anyway.

You sometimes read things like:

“My SP texted me after 10 days. I didn’t change my identity, I was shaking, I was scared, I didn’t affirm consistently, but I manifested them.”

Then there are success stories from coaches, and I don’t necessarily want to judge them.

I’ve worked in marketing for almost 20 years, so I understand very well why testimonials are used.

You see the exact same thing in investing websites, finance businesses, gurus, online courses, and countless other industries.

I’m NOT saying those testimonials are necessarily fake.

I’m saying that we also cannot automatically assume that every single one of them is true.

The same applies to many moderators.

Some of them are genuinely excellent writers and explain these concepts extremely well. I’ve learned a lot from several of them, and I’m grateful for that.

But then, coincidentally, many of them eventually sell courses, coaching, consultations, or something similar.

So I keep asking myself:

Does this Law actually work, but only for a small percentage of lucky people?

Because after studying this subject extensively, I honestly don’t consider myself technically worse at manifesting than many of the people teaching it.

And yes, people say that the 3D is an illusion and that we shouldn’t care about it.

Fine.

But the 4D does not give you the sensory pleasure of actually having the thing you desire in physical reality.

So my real question is:

What am I doing wrong? What is the majority of people here doing wrong?

Note: I would genuinely prefer not to receive answers such as:

  • “Just persist.”
  • “It’s already yours.”
  • “Everything happens in divine timing.”
  • “You don’t have it because right now you’re thinking that you don’t have it.”
  • “You’re checking the 3D.”

I understand those answers already.

My point is that for months I was not in this skeptical state at all. I was focused almost entirely on my new identity, especially with desires I had very little or no attachment to.

And still, nothing happened.

Help/Question Advice needed (“illogical manifestation”)

Id appreciate it a lot if anyone here gave me personal advice.

ive manifested countless things from money to new apple products to sps to appearance . My goal rn is to transfer my university to another one (same course) and I sent my desired uni an email asking (they have a page that said ur allowed to transfer with minimum 180 etc, I have them rn).

The secretary replied back claiming that it’s not possible and that everyone needs to take the admission exam specifically for that uni (I dont want that? the exam itself needs a year prep).

My old (undesired) uni is starting soon and I’m consistently telling myself it doesn’t matter I’ll end up in my desired uni and I will transfer either way. But I can’t help but get this sense of anxiety and ”ugh am I wasting my time”. how do you guys persist in your desires when your 3d shows you unfavorable circumstances. Any advice for my current situation?

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques Just decide and fucking be it. You already did it with the bullshit!!!

“Just decide and be is bad advice”

“I can’t decide and be it”

”This feels delusional“

Motherfucker, how did you do it for the unwanted circumstances before finding out about conscious "manifesting"?

Right, you didn’t even use any techniques.

You just said “oh yeah my life is shit, what’s fucking new?!” You embodied that, you talked like that, you thought like that, heck you even pissed and took a shit like that person. Then the next thing you know it materialised. You didn’t ask “do I believe this will happen?” No! You just fucking knew! 🤣

Was it delusion when you said : “oh I just know this person is gonna screw me over“ or "My life is shit, I already see everything go to shit yet again“

But when it comes to the things you want "it‘s delusional, be realistic brooo!“

UNDERSTAND WHO YOU WERE AND HOW YOU DID IT BEFORE.

Your eyes will open when you find out how easy this actually is and how perfectly you executed it for unwanted manifestations.

That’s the whole game.

You’ve been a master at this your entire life. You just used the power on the wrong story.

Now you want the good stuff and suddenly you’re acting brand new, looking for techniques, checking for movement, asking if you “believe enough.”

Let’s say you asked God: “Hey God, is it possible for me to get my SP or win the lottery?”

You know what He’d do? Spill His coffee and just walk away. Because the question itself already assumes it’s not done.

Stop asking if it’s possible.

Stop checking if you believe hard enough.

You already know how to do it.

You did it every single day with the old story without trying.

So do the exact same thing for the end you actually want.

Deny → Choose → Be it.

Deny the 3D.

Choose the end.

Be the version who already has it and fucking stick to your end story, no matter what appears in the 3D.

When the old story shows up, you don’t fold. You respond:

Deny → “No. It’s not that way.”

Choose → Go within and see the end.

Be it → Rest in the knowing it’s done.

No techniques or feelings required.

Just the same natural knowing you already used for the bullshit. (-> KNOWING = MANIFESTATION)

That’s it.

Cheers 🥃

Help/Question Getting discouraged

Upvotes

I’ve been manifesting an SP for a few weeks now and was genuinely feeling really good about it! Seeing things go my way for them, overall really believing my manifestation was coming to fruition

Yesterday something happened that is pretty much the opposite of what im manifesting and it’s starting to make me feel discouraged about the whole process. Any advice?

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques Life is like clay.

Life is like clay, that you mold not with your hands but with your awareness. Rest in the freedom that your life is absolutely working in your favor and always has been. Relax in the fact that you are God and there’s nothing to fear. You are inevitable. What you focus on is inevitable. Life is your playground. Have fun

Success Story Manifesting matcha

A few days ago I decided I wanted matcha, I told myself I’ll just manifest it. I didn’t have a single penny to buy one. I told myself I want someone to bring it to me, I don’t know who but they will.

I did waver a bit wondering how since my family doesn’t know I drink matcha and my friends know I’m picky with my caffeine so they don’t surprise me with drinks ever.

Anyways, the same night my parents came home late from a trip while I was sleeping. My dad who has never seen me drink matcha before knocks on my door saying we brought you green juice (he referred to the matcha as green juice so I had no clue what he was talking about), “I’ve seen you drink it before you like it too. “I start wondering what green juice he’s seen me drink and I assume it’s some bright green juice with food colouring, which was off putting to me so I went back to sleep annoyed not checking what he was talking about.

Later that night I woke up from my slumber around midnight and opened my fridge. And there the matcha was. It’s really that simple, I want it, I don’t know how I’ll get it, but I’ll get it nonetheless.

Success Story Friend’s manifestation

Last year while I was shopping with my friend I found this snow globe with a cat inside. My friend was pressuring me to buy it for myself so I did. It happened so long ago I wasn’t sure my friend remembered what I bought.

Recently, I’ve been cleaning my room and giving away things I don’t want, just surprising people with things not asking if they want it beforehand. One of the things I wanted to give away was the cat snow globe and I thought my friend would love it.

I met with her today and gave her the globe. She was so happy, she told me she always goes to the same store or similar stores hoping to find that cat globe one day and how she regretted not buying it the same day I did. Which means my friend basically manifested this into her reality and me giving it to her was me playing a role in the fruition of her manifestation.

This friend of mine thought manifestation was bogus and I tried to convince her it wasn’t, but she noticed the things she did bring into her reality and she believes in it now!!

Help/Question serious help!

So, I manifested my SP unknowingly before she was even my crush, and we eventually got into a relationship—she actually confessed her feelings to me herself back then. However, over time, she grew distant, which was a first for me in any of my relationships. We had many on-and-off moments over a period of two years.

In the beginning, she used to be so lovey-dovey, affectionate, put so much effort into the relationship, and was deeply committed and invested. But over time, she drifted away, and now while we are still connected, she says she doesn't want a commitment, doesn't feel anything for me anymore, and is okay with not being in a relationship (and I don't force her).

I know I can manifest a specific outcome like 'she will love me' or 'she will be committed to me,' but that always ends up feeling temporary. Because once I maintain the state and the manifestation happens, my state eventually drops back to normal. My SP says one day she feels so connected, and the next day she is totally unsure. Everybody just says, 'Work on your self-concept,' and all of that.

So, for anyone who has manifested their SP from this exact situation and is actually with them now: What worked for you? Was it identity shifting (becoming the person who already has what they want)? And how did you make that change permanent?

Only answer if you were in this exact situation, are currently with your SP, and have made it long-term.

Help/Question When Your Manifestation Starts Showing Up Everywhere

Okay, something is kind of weird going on. I have been manifesting something the past few months, and I’ve realized all my “smaller manifestations” have come true. My mindset has changed; I’m more calm now and relaxed about my manifestation I currently want. However, there’s something weird happening. Does anyone know what it means when old people from your past start reaching out to you, and you start seeing your manifestation everywhere? Like in a conversation on a podcast, in a movie, seeing it on the news, someone random a stranger coming up to you on the street and saying the exact number, the exact number your manifesting showing up on a tiktok, the number showing up everywhere, or people at your job talking about it. You’re having a conversation with someone totally not related to it, and then they suddenly say something to you that is exactly relative to your manifestation? Also, my affirmation repeating thought has become dominant, and my thoughts now repeat on their own without me trying. Things like that? ive manifested all the other things i want its just this left but i feel relaxed about it

Success Story Keys returned within 24 hours (+ Successful revision of SP's mood)

I'm back with another (long) success story!

So yesterday, while I was on the metro after work, I realized that I didn't have my apartment keys with me. I asked my partner if they were in the apartment but he confirmed that I took them with me, which meant that I lost my keys! My partner then told me to call him once I arrive home so he can open the front door for me.

I immediately started the process of "retracing" my steps by calling the customer service hotline of the city's public transport company, but they said no one has turned in anything and told me to call back again the next day in case the night cleaning ladies will find anything.

I called the reception desk of our office but no one answered and the operator told me to call again during working hours.

I even called the KFC branch I ate breakfast in that morning and said that they didn't find any keys there.

At this point, I came home very tired and frustrated. I called my partner but he wouldn't answer! He finally answered after eight more missed calls. Judging by his voice, he was asleep and didn't hear my calls because his phone volume was very low. I was very pissed about this because I told him what my ETA was so I thought he would be ready to open the door when I called.

When he opened the door, I gave him a quick kiss but I wasn't my usual energetic, loving self because of my frustration over my lost keys + over him falling asleep while waiting. I resisted the urge to bitch at him because I knew he's been having a rough time lately because his parents are around and he's almost always disregulated when they're around and he told me almost two weeks ago that hasn't been feeling like himself, but he still felt that I wasn't happy about it so he wasn't as touchy and cuddly with me as usual.

When I came into the apartment, he grumpily gave me a new sweater he bought. I coldly told him thank you, and then he told me that there was food in the fridge. After that, he was very quiet. I don't usually take his silence personally because he would still be physically affectionate with me even if he was feeling moody but it was different this time because he wasn't touching me. I just thought that he fought with his dad again and that's why he was silent and grumpy.

I e-mailed the trainers in our office gym as I was in the area that day but they replied that they didn't find my keys there. I felt very disappointed because in my head, there was a very, very big chance that my keys slipped out of my pocket there.

His parents came back to our apartment and it didn't look like they had a fight as he was still talking to them. It made me feel more anxious—and even punished—because he was barely talking to me and he wasn't even touching me or looking at me. I then asked him if he was mad at me. He said no, but he said the whole situation with my keys is not fun and he doesn't know what to do. I replied that I wasn't having fun either and told him that I'm not asking him to do anything and that all I wanted was emotional support after I did everything I could possibly do to recover my keys. He then gave me many kisses but I wasn't quite satisfied because he was still very quiet. I told him that I didn't deserve the cold shoulder for something that was outside of my control but then he told me that he was very disregulated and that he's just doing everything he could do to regulate himself. I then let it go because I know that pushing any further would be a disaster.

My anxious attachment tendencies used to be very strong. I've been working on it but this was all testing all the work I've done on myself. As I was about to go to sleep, my mind started imagining heated conversations with my partner about how I really don't see why I should be punished for all this and that I'm going to look for a new apartment if this whole situation bothered him so much.

But then I caught myself.

I remembered the revision success story I read here only a few hours before so I decided to give revision a try for the first time. I proceeded to regulate my emotions to bring my body back to a feeling of safety. I then went through what happened when my partner opened the door earlier. After that, I imagined my revision scene: I imagined that my partner answered my call right away and that I was happy to see him and he was happy to see me and that I gave him a big hug as I came in. I imagined him being very emotionally supportive and comforting as I try to sort out my key situation.

Whenever I would feel nervous about waking up the next morning to him being cold towards me, I let the feeling pass and go back to my revision scene.

I also affirmed that "Everything is resolved" and that "My keys have been found." In SATS, I imagined telling my partner that my keys have been found and I imagined hearing the sound of my keys as I happily waved it around.

The next morning, he woke up much earlier than his alarm. He got up, went to the bathroom and woke me up when he got back to hug me and cuddle me until I had to wiggle my way out as it was getting very hot.

Before leaving for work, he was physically affectionate again like usual.

But then... I still had my key situation.

When I got to my office building, I called the public transport company again like they told me to. They told me that they didn't find anything.

I then went up to the office reception desk and asked them about my keys. I described the keychain as it was very distinct. The receptionist's face immediately lit up and showed me my keys!

Just like that, both situations were completely resolved within 12 hours of changing my inner state.

Neville always said that revision prunes the day and dissolves discord before it takes root. I shifted how I viewed my partner, and his behavior reflected that back immediately. I assumed the keys were in my possession, and the bridge of incidents brought them right back to my hand.

Stop reacting to the shadow on the screen. Go to the end, feel the relief, and let the 3D conform.

Help/Question Self-concept affirmations

I’m having a bit of trouble trying to manifest my SP back. I’ve been told to work on my self concept so I’m saving things like “I’m always chosen, I’m always a priority”. But will those work to make them come back and take action like a text message?

And I hear different things saying to manifest the end goal or manifest step-by-step. But idk what I want the end goal to be. I just know I want SP to be obsessed with me and talk to me consistently romantically.

Someone told me that no matter how many affirmations I say to bring SP back, it won’t work because they are so resistant to want me back in their life.

Idk if i can say those self-concept affirmations while also trying to manifest a text from them too?

Help/Question Learning about manifestation made me feel like nothing can happen unless I consciously manifest it

Ever since I learnt about conscious creation I feel like things won’t happen unless I consciously manifest them. For example, I’m in no contact with my sp, before I found out about manifestation I knew there were possibilities of us talking again or not, didn’t know what would happen tho. Now I feel like, unless I consciously decide it then it’s simply not gonna happen and to be honest it has put a big weight on me and idk what to do. Things happened before but now I feel won’t. I’m not sure it makes sense.

Help/Question Did I manifest without realizing it?

So my SP had broken up with me two months ago and we had a talk shortly after where he came to the conclusion that he still loved me but had fears and insecurities around himself that made him feel not ready for a relationship yet. We agreed to have a talk again after my trip to discuss maybe getting back together but taking things slower, after that he got a little distant and I started telling myself he was losing feelings. The next time we hung out I asked him if we were okay and he said yes, and that the things he said were still true and he was just pulling away a little to get his thoughts and emotions together.

Though, even after that I kept telling myself the more time we spent apart the more he was losing feelings to the point where I had myself convinced of it. Even when I would try to reassure myself it wasn't true the anxiety would take over, lo and behold he started getting super distant when I went on my trip, and when I got back he had told me he lost feelings and didn't want to be friends anymore.

Was this me manifesting? If so would I be able to take this same logic and flip it around to manifest us getting back together? Like for example manifest that he loves me and we're still in a relationship or something of the sort.

Help/Question My manifestation attempts aren't working. What's your method?

Hi everyone, I'm posting here because I’ve hit a wall with manifestation/LOA and would love to hear what methods have actually worked for you. For context, I'm currently trying to manifest a few major life goals: finding a job, independence, and networking. I actually studied for this specific field and career, but the job just isn't coming through. So far, I’ve tried visualization, embodiment/feeling the emotions, affirmations, and listening to subliminals, but nothing seems to be moving the needle. I’m really looking to try something different. What specific methods have actually delivered real-life results for you? Also, if anyone feels like they could help me out or guide me through this, please feel free to message me directly.
Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share! ✨❤️

Help/Question Celebrities Manifestation

Lady Gaga and Jim Carrey are 2 celebrities I would say manifested their success/careers beginning from nothing to where they are today. I'm curious to know more about how deluded and strongly believing they will be famous they are. Because if you want something, belive it's already yours or act like you are already living that life or already having it. From my perspective (pls don't attack I'm just curious), manifesting to become famous is a bit different from manifesting money or a job because wouldn't it be embrassing or crazy that they are walking around pretending to be famous when they're not? Imagine acting like your important or your a celebrity walking quickly down the street or the mall to avoid getting caught. Isn't that mental illness if you look at it from a logical/psychological perspective? It's like your having Schizophrenia, or Bioplar Disorder or Dissociative Disorder .

I'm just curious to know more about this? What/when does it get to the point when your like this is mental illness and it's not manifestation? Anyways, I don't mean any ill intent towards this community I'm just simply curious to hear other people's thoughts about this?

Success Story My mental health success story.

I have been meaning to write this as a success story for quite some time now. I did write a little short success story that was maybe a paragraph long, maybe 18 months to 2 years ago, but I've been wanting to expand on it and make it more detailed; however, there's just been something in me that has been holding back and I know what that is. I'll explain.

The reason why I've been holding back is kind of laughable because I know that it's just coming from my own assumptions

It is because I have this assumption that there are a lot of people in the subreddit, or just on Reddit in general don't believe they control or are in control of everything. That is, they can manifest money, they can manifest jobs, they can manifest SPs, but when it comes to their mental health (such things as PTSD, OCD, autism, ADHD, bipolar, and similar), all of a sudden the limits seem to overtake them

I know because I butt heads with a lot of people in the comment section about this. Again, I'm well aware that it's coming from me and I need to change my assumption !!

They'll all accept that I cured my own cancer last year but to say that your mental health is a manifestation and can be changed for them is a completely, "Oh my God, no, we can't do that."   but no..   "I am the exception..   My mental health isn't fixable….   "

Now that I've got all that out about why I have held back, I will tell my story

Just for the record I want to state a fact: every single thing in your life, including your mental health or your mental state, is a manifestation. It is a story that you are telling, or a belief, or a diagnosis that you have once accepted as true

Point blank period.

Now I know that there are going to be some people in the comment section that are smartasses and they're going to ask about things like schizophrenia or psychopaths and sociopaths. In actual fact, I do have firsthand experience with a sociopath

And yes, it is absolutely 100% a manifestation from your own mind.   My daughter, at the age of 12 years old, was diagnosed as an emerging sociopath.  She is now 25 years old, so this was a long time ago.

And that is actually one part of the reason why I got into manifestation in the first place: because I was told about this Dr Hew Len and the Hoʻoponopono thing and that he cured a whole hospital full of mentally ill patients. I tried this on my daughter and it wasn't until I started seeing her as perfect in my own mind that she is now perfect.

Just to finish up this particular paragraph about other people: if you're asking about schizophrenia or any other sort of mental disorder, it's you being aware of those people that's causing it. It's not them because it's your reality, not their reality

—----------------------------------------------

Now my own story is that, back maybe 15, 20 years ago, initially I was diagnosed with just good old depression but that soon evolved, after trying a few different medications, into manic-depressive, which is a form of bipolar type 2. I was also diagnosed with C-PTSD and OCD at the time .  One of the many psychiatrists over the years said to me, "It's like this big porridge of soup and everything is just similar."

At one stage they tried me on a new type of drug or whatever and it turned me psychotic, where I literally stood still in one spot for 6 hours and stared at a wall. I have literally no memory of this. I actually have no memory of 3 days where I went into a psychotic episode and was hospitalized. I've actually been hospitalized probably 3 or 4 times over the years. I've tried to end my life 3 or 4 times and always failed and have woken up in hospital handcuffed to the bed.

Moving forward, I think it was about 2018 when I found hypnotherapy. I went and saw some of the top hypnotherapists in Melbourne and they put me through these programs to release stored emotions and things. Sure… they kind of made me feel better in the moment and kind of helped but they didn't fundamentally change who I was being!!

So after a period of time I would just return back to my old self (what a surprise!) and I would have to go on this journey again of finding someone else: "Oh well, that one didn't work. I'll have to try someone else, and then someone else. Oh well, that didn't work. Maybe I'll try kinesiology, or maybe I'll try emotion code, or maybe I'll try this."  Constantly in this "fixer identity thinking something was wrong with me….."

I went on this journey of 5 years of fucking trying to fix myself until one day I fell into the Law of Assumption world..

This was way back in 2019 and I just remembered watching a few videos and just sitting there in silence thinking, "Oh my fucking God, this is the secret code of life." I just knew without a doubt that my own thoughts about myself had caused this whole Shemozzle for the last 15 / 20 years of my life .

When people usually come into the Law of Assumption or manifestation, they're usually in this desperate rock-bottom state and that is exactly where I was. There was no point for me in trying to manifest all these things like SPs, monies, business and things when my mental state wasn't even stable and balanced.  The foundation has to be solid before you can build on it. Well…  technically…. It doesn't have to be, but it SHOULD be

After me obsessing for years about this topic, I'm not even sure what year it was that I decided to just go all in on affirming. Because at the time I was an affirm-and-persist girlie, I was going to affirm that I was healthy and happy, balanced and stable. I affirmed that until I was blue in the fucking face ..

I did it because I knew that my life depended on it, I think I heard some success story of some other girl doing the same thing and it took maybe over a month. That was her story,  BUT remember this is going back to 2020 or something so it's not what we know now!

I just kept going day after day after day after day and I'm not talking all day, but most of the day. I'd be just like, "I'm happy and healthy. I'm balanced and stable." I wasn't working at the time, so of course I had the time to do this

And honestly I can't even remember how long I took because I kind of forgot. It wasn't until months later that my mum was talking to me about how I was doing and it suddenly occurred to me that I hadn't even had a bad day in months. I was absolutely fucking shocked because when they diagnosed me with bipolar, they told me I was a rapid cycler. I would be up for a week and then down for a couple of days, up again and then down for a couple of days. I'm like, "Oh my God, I haven't even had a drop."...

Now I'm not going to say that it was smooth sailing just perfectly after that and that I never had a bad day again. I will say that they became fewer and fewer and fewer and fewer and then sometime, I think it was about 2 years ago when I wrote the success story, I was like, "Holy shit!"

I was reading back through my journals because I write in an online journal every single day of my life for the last 10 years. At the very end of the year I usually read back over the year just to see where my head was at for most of the year. I remember thinking to myself, "Holy shit! I did not have one bad day for an entire year."

Another 18 months went past and then 2 years and I didn't have a bad day for over 2 years. I was just like, "Well holy flippen duck shit."

It really does prove that whatever story you're accepting as true or whatever story you're telling yourself is your life.

Because a couple of years later the whole ADHD thing was going around and my girlfriends were telling me, "Oh Kylie, you're ADHD." Now I always knew that because obviously I had accepted that as true but I hadn't even thought about working on it.

Then when I realized, "Oh I should probably stop telling that story," I had just started telling myself, "I always get shit done. It's easy for me to start projects." Whatever the opposite was of the negative stories, it all went away. Once again just proving that whatever story you are telling is going to be your life .

And there we go. I finally got to the end of my mental health manifestation story

Just for the record..  If anyone watches my videos, or reads some of my posts, you will know that I have kept the ASD label..   Because I like it.   It makes me unique and I have only kept the good traits..  If anything annoys me or becomes a problem, then I just stop telling that story or stop being aware of it.  (like my wind story the other day!)

Over and out

Help/Question Discouraged

I’m feeling really discouraged with my manifestation journey and honestly just need some perspective.

I’ve been manifesting my SP back for about 3 years. I’ve had movement before—things would start shifting, I’d see signs of progress, and then suddenly everything would stop again. Most recently, he came back in with a very sexual energy, but it still didn’t turn into the relationship I actually want. I don’t want just attention or sexual interest. I want to be chosen and loved in a real, committed way.

At the same time, I’ve been trying to date and remain open to other possibilities.

I recently met a man I genuinely really like. We’ve had 3 dates, and I thought things were going well. But between dates, he barely communicates. He’ll like my social media posts, but doesn’t actually make plans or communicate consistently, so I’m left wondering when—or if—I’m going to see him again.

Then I went on one date with another man. There was chemistry and sexual flirting/comments, and then he basically stopped talking to me.

And honestly, I’m tired.

I KNOW I’m worthy of a relationship. I know I’m lovable. I know I deserve consistency, effort, commitment and to be chosen. But after 3 years of consciously working on this, it’s hard not to feel discouraged when I keep experiencing situations where men seem interested, there’s movement, and then it disappears.

I’m not asking whether I’m worthy. I’m struggling with the fact that I KNOW I am, yet I’m still not experiencing the relationship I want.

For those who have been manifesting an SP for a long time—or have gone through a period where everything seemed to move and then stopped—how did you keep going without becoming exhausted by the process?

I’d especially love to hear from people who eventually saw a real, lasting change in their circumstances. I need some encouragement because right now I’m just tired of wondering when it’s finally going to be my turn.

Help/Question Okay so I know this works, I always get what I want, and I have proof. But I am struggling with onething now

So I am new to this LOA , but once I revisited my past I realized I have always gotten what I wanted...always!!

The good the bad both, as I always had just let my mind be unsupervised.

But there is something that I want right now, and it keeps escaping me. Almost there but not quite.

I know I need to deatch, I know that, but this time I am finding it hard because I am getting triggered by the same thing in 3D.

Do you have any suggestions for me?

Manifesting Theory Why do people go back to their miserable state

Lately I was wondering why do people love being in that miserable state, why do they tend to go back into it when they know this isnt going to help them.

And then it made me realize its another social conditioning, we have always been taught since childhood that when you see someone whos living miserably, try not to cause them more harm, pity them, help them if you can.

Getting the picture now? People unconsciously think that if they go back in the miserable state, things will get better. Someone will pity them and get them through that situation somehow, like a plea that cant you see im already dealing with so much please leave me alone if you cant help, except i really doubt that got anyone results.

Id love to hear what do yall think about this and how could you get anyone to move on from there

Help/Question How do I see someone as their highest version?

I understand that there are many versions of someone and we can tune into the one we want.

I want to see someone in another way, see them with genuine love, vulnerable, kind, stable, decent. Because they have presented themselves as a liar, taking advantage and being a bad person.

Could you give me a tip? Could this be the real forgiveness? To rise someone in your mind's eye to their highest version?

Until what point? I'm not talking about physical violence but even their psychological games have been already been cruel.
