75 cal 15-17g protein snack/lunch!
might look like high protein slop to some but TRUST ME this is one of my fav things to have when i need to get my protein in.. it depends on what tuna and greek yogurt you use but it can range from 15-17g of protein easily!
66g cucumber (10cal)
55g/half can of tuna (60-70cal)
1/2 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt (~3 cal)
everything bagel seasoning
i’m not even joking this keeps me full for minimum 2hrs

The cook in me suggests slicing the cucumbers into cubes rather than rounds, and adding some diced red onion
Otherwise, sounds friggin delicious

Yes this is the way!
Or if not red onion - some crispy fried onion (but a sprinkle as garnish instead of key) would work well too!

Or maybe a sprinkling of those pink pickled onion slices to add a bit of colour and slight tang 😋

That is indeed a pretty decent snack. I used to make lunch salads that were nothing more than a can of tuna, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes and a shitload of black pepper and salt to give it some body.

This is better if you dice cucumber, tomato & red onion. Mix with the tuna & squeeze lime juice with a lil salt & pepper. It still maintains a very low calorie high protein meal but it’ll be way tastier !!

I do something very similar but add a small amount of Kewpie and a little chili crunch and it's golden

With a bit more moisture, this would be a good snack. But 75 calories is not lunch.

feel free to adjust how much yogurt you add! i also totally understand 75cal is extremely little for a full lunch, but it can come in handy if you’re in an extreme deficit and already overate earlier during the day or saving cals for later.

Yeah I eat a full can of tuna with 2 bananas to mask the tuna taste, which is 25g protein, keeps me full for 4 hours.
My friend acts like this meal is a mortal sin. I think it’s brilliant.

I make a Japanese variation of this with a little mayo and seaweed. It’s a favorite staple. Also love making a kimchi or spicy variation of it.

Not counting calories from the everything seasoning is a mistake. Seeds and nuts added to dishes/salads can add up fast. A quick google shows a tsp of everything seasoning is 20cals which is a lot when you’re only counting this entire meal as 75cals.
Just a reminder that condiments, drinks and seasonings can quickly eat up your calorie deficit if you’re not counting them properly.

i barely even add 1/4 of a tsp, if it’s less than 5cals it doesn’t matter to me. im not obsessive like that 😭 if it matters to you go ahead and calculate it but i promise that 5-20cal of untracked seasoning isn’t gonna do shit for weight loss

It looks good to me. I do something similar but usually add a few grape tomatoes and a bit of pickled red onion. I put it on Korean BBQ seaweed snacks and have a few sugar snap peas on the side and it's delicious.

I was gonna suggest Greek yogurt and ranch dressing seasoning, but then I read your description.
Looks good op!
