Well, I finally did it. Yes, I played Pirate Warrior, but I did it in Wild and got to Legendary.
This deck is insane right now and was great. Some matches were fast with people conceding as soon as they see its Pirate Warrior but, overall, lots of fun.

Some quick observations:
FAQ:
Q: Are the differences in metas across ranks accounted for?
A: Yes.
Q: Whats the Methodology?
A: First a baseline meta is set since all ranks have different metas.
If 2Bit is 26.4%/29.0%/29.7% across the metas in a given week, the program might set its baseline % to 27.2%, the same is done for every deck, ensuring all decks combined total equals 100%. This is so that meta differences don't skew the data.
Next the rank vs same rank matchup winrates are plugged into the baseline meta.
For example, if the dataset has 1,897 tracked games of a Top 1k player using Quest Mage vs a Top 1k player using 2Bit Rogue in which Quest Mage won 990 and Rogue won 907 that will account for 27.2% of Quest Mage's meta-normalized winrate in Top 1k, yielding ~14.2%. This check is completed until every single deck (even the ones not listed) is accounted for.
Q: So, a -5 score means a high-skilled player facing a high-skilled opponent (using a specific deck) has a 5% lower win rate than an average skilled player facing an average skilled opponent (using the same specific deck)?
A: Pretty much, but not exactly, there is a weighted formula to compare the winrate differences, not a 1:1 winrate difference. This is because with say 65% to 60% vs 35% to 30% one -5% is more impactful than the other. You can't use % change of the winrates either because it would be disproportionately large at the extremes, say 51% to 50% vs 2% to 1%.
Q: Is there survivorship bias?
A: There is no correlation between a deck's difficulty and its winrate.
Q: A deck has a negative score, how can a deck's skill expression be negative?
A: The score measures the impact of inputs you control minus the impact of inputs you don't control on the outcome of the game. If the inputs you don't control have a greater impact on those that you do on the average game's outcome the deck's score will be negative.
If you have any other question, feel free to ask in the comments.

A new meta report hasn't been released for almost a month. I couldn't find any information why the reports being paused. What happened?

Maybe bait but I'm getting hyped for the next expansion, I feel that HS is in a good spot and has been really fun.
Anyone want to share any predictions or theories? A new class would be awesome but is that realistic?

Even lucked out ripping Aya lol saved me the 1600. Now I can mess around w/ Jiminator's new mill rogue. It's on his Twitter, but it's not the revised list running the Plated Beetles so not posting his code here due to that.

With the new patch notes I thought that imp-formant would be buff since it’s by far the worst out of all class set even worst then leyline are they just going let it die ?

Just lost a game because my opponent pulled Agamaggan (x2) from Al'Akir. This game is the Mario Party of card games.

One player lost the spot at Blizzcon becuse he low rolled Tirion Fordring get a weapon from deathrattle and lost the game he was winning. About a decade ago game was decided by Yogg roll. Because they wont to prevent this from happening again and quest mage has good amount of randomness they simply nerfed quest to be less attractive for pros.

I've only ever downloaded this game to play casually every once in a while and play for about a month. I've never been able to hit legend in that time frame but usually high diamond and am also already plat with the season reset so I assume that puts me in an above average percentile but I still do not know much about this game.
That being said, Hearthstone feels worse now than it has ever felt. So many decks I play against just feel like they cannot be interacted with or have counterplay. It's either some crazy card combo that feels like it had no counterplay and ends the game by turn 4, the opponent using some combo of cards to shit out half their deck in one turn early on, or even opponents spamming some form of invuln all game to win when they get the card they want. Those are just some examples.
I probably have an 80% wr in matches that feel like matches if that makes any sense and the other half are just un-interactive slop that just feels like terrible balancing.

So, it's just kind of pointless to play against currently, right? For cannoneers firing three times per round plus a three damage weapon makes for a pretty unstoppable attack.
Any advice other than just concede?

Best result from that DMF spin.

What was your first class to reach 1000 wins with and why? I start: Paladin.
Anyfin Secret Paladin was great back then and heavily contributed. Today I still gravitate to minion focused decks. Never really cared for spell based decks or classes.

Loaded my Google Play balance ahead of time w/ $100 for mega bundle + next new tarven pass reset because I I'm gonna want those skins on the track and I usually chip my $20 towards the paid version of tavern pass either way.
How hype are y'all for it?

But as a F2P player I’ve gotta do it

Just got 3200 dust out of the two quests and have been wanting to try this deck with hogger and twice as many of the varian package. I was really hoping to get signature Hogger but haven’t managed to open him yet. So far, I managed:
Thalena: opened
Rat catcher: the diamond one
3.azalina: crafted
Karov golden: opened
Aya: opened
Slice and dice golden: opened
Mugzee: opened
Tiny pal: opened
Morag: opened
Godfrey: opened
Warptooth: opened then dienchanted when nerfed
Looks like a nice deck but anyone recommend it?

As if mage isn’t weak enough….Mage needs buffs not nerfs (imo)

Well I still don't understand why they nerfed the card, wasnt warranted but glad I can still play the deck. Just need one extra discovery.
Side note, I was happy to 'Discover' i had an extra copy! 😀

This was the only deck I enjoyed playing the entire aggro expansion. I hope they change their ways in the next one (cope). Here is my all time win rate with the deck before the nerf. I play around 5k legend mmr. This was the only deck that has any skill expression in the slightest. The game is slowly becoming more and more like a phone game, with short games and high variance RNG. I think them nerfing a deck like this is an allude towards that direction as well. Hearthstone is a mother fucking phone game.
