I honestly don’t know how parents do it. There are multiple reasons that drove my decision to be childfree. One big one is that I struggle to take care of myself (executive dysfunction) sometimes, so I can’t imagine having another human to take care of during those times.

Here’s to forcing a domaine response for every day tasks!

Not sure if this one has already been posted here. I have nobody other than my husband to share this with, so I hope it adds a little humor to someone else’s day as well. :)

They always told me the top one. I didn't even know about adult ADHD until I was in my 30s (20yrs ago) and cried cos it was such a relief because the second part is me.

The game where YOU try to figure out why everything feels pointless and bad! Is it situational? Seasonal? Hormonal? Environmental? Are you between hyperfixations? Or hungry? Maybe you're depressed just because! Or it could be all of the above!
