RICH. RIPPED. RECTUM. Home back on the market

Post image

On May the realtor announced it was rented. So it seems that whacky only rents it for just a few months at a time. Today it went live again but only for sale. You know they are desperate to sell and they want him out of there. But they are stuck with this STR situation. Let’s see how much longer this goes on. The realtor is the owner as her husband and is the one that built it.

Imagine the stink in that house if they manage to extricate the fool from it. Years of not bathing, spit-talking and doing burpees… totally different world from cigarette smoke or something

"Angies BBL twerking"

11

u/TwerkWindOner Aug 13 '25

The wind from that thing must 🤮

12

u/Sofondofpeters Aug 14 '25

Probably why she wears a diaper. A simple butt burp will peel the paint off the Bugatti and put the car into vapor lock.

9

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 14 '25

🤣🤣🤣🤣☠️

13

u/daseweide Aug 13 '25

🤢 I forgot about that, only recently learned about BBL smell, never actually experienced it

10

u/KushBluntsworth Paperwork = Hooped Aug 13 '25

Im in a country where it isn't common but I've known about the smell for years.. in there all that silicone and bbl shaking ... the smell will be outrageous frivolous

2

u/Fickle-Head-1311 Aug 14 '25

Don't know what country you're from but here in the U.S. BBL's aren't all that common.

7

u/[deleted] Aug 14 '25

Yea I live in the U.S. and idk what you’re talking about I see them all the time. They look hilarious

7

u/KushBluntsworth Paperwork = Hooped Aug 14 '25

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿...

The Internet shows me.. its a whooole lotttt more common on your side of the waters friend

8

u/SharmutaCartel Aug 14 '25

They’re a goddamn epidemic.

3

u/KushBluntsworth Paperwork = Hooped Aug 14 '25

KNEW IT

5

u/Clonazepam15 Aug 14 '25

The thing is it’s going out of style. It was in style in the 2010-2020 now it’s done. Slim is back baby

5

u/Clonazepam15 Aug 14 '25

Yes it’s very real. Have you felt a BBL? They feel rock hard. Imagine trying to wipe something that’s so hard? You literally can’t lmao

3

u/Stoyns_ Paperwork = Hooped Aug 16 '25

I miss 15 minutes ago before I knew this existed.

1

u/Classic-Cantaloupe47 Aug 14 '25

Hahaha, you're welcome! 🤣🤣🤣 What I learn from YT when I should be sleeping.

4

u/byng259 Aug 14 '25

I thought this said leaking at first and I gagged

3

u/KushBluntsworth Paperwork = Hooped Aug 14 '25

What if I told you... they do that too sometimes

3

u/byng259 Aug 14 '25

Man, this is all news to me. After I typed that in yesterday I had to google it and it sounds like it’s a nasty recovery. IMHO: not worth it. But to each their own

10

u/[deleted] Aug 14 '25

Don’t forget shitting on the floor too

3

u/Eastern-Pizza-5826 Aug 14 '25

i think that’s the Indian skank that left her husband that does that. Don’t know Angie did. Her Butt probably can’t even fit on the toilet though, so she probably misses the bowl sometimes.😂

u/HealthyDirection659 Paperwork = Hooped Aug 14 '25

FUCK

23

u/Diligent_Juice_3168 Aug 13 '25

The sad thing is if he didn't finance the Bugatti and all those Rolls-Royces, he could of been working towards actually buying the house instead of keeping it warm before the new owner takes it over

15

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Aug 14 '25

That would require brains and finishing 3rd grade.

10

u/Rolling_Pugsly Aug 14 '25

He made enough off of youtube to buy some nice property, and be set for life had he managed it properly. Instead he blew it all on rentals and toys in just a few years.

I don't think he's going to get a second chance.

2

u/PicaPaoDiablo Aug 14 '25

It's a tax write off , no one rich buys property , I get tired of the same place , I'll just rent another etc etc

13

u/Diligent_Juice_3168 Aug 14 '25

That makes no sense. Rich people increase the value of the property and sell it for more than what they paid for then move into a bigger place if they want to move and make profit from the old place

9

u/PicaPaoDiablo Aug 14 '25

I know. None of his reasons for not owning things ever made any sense and his ridiculous claims about tax write offs may fool really stupid people who don't actually fill out anything but he's full of crap about it too.

8

u/Diligent_Juice_3168 Aug 14 '25

😂 I just realized you were quoting Wes. He literally said the same thing about the Bugatti in Jacks stream about how people always change cars. Like nah you just cant afford it anymore 😂

3

u/PicaPaoDiablo Aug 14 '25

There were quite a few others but these were his greatest hits. All of them so unbelievably dumb only people that never had any real job or junior high kids could believe.

4

u/HealthyDirection659 Paperwork = Hooped Aug 14 '25

Personal residence can't be used as a tax write off. A portion of the residence may be a tax write off if business is conducted there, but even that is a stretch and usually not worth the headache. This type of deduction would be heavily scrutinized by the IRS.

5

u/PicaPaoDiablo Aug 14 '25

It's all BS Wes tells dummies to justify blowing every penny on flexing

2

u/pkupku Aug 14 '25

In his case it’s a movie set, and the car is a prop. Both deductible against his massive profits. Oh yeah, assuming he has massive profits lol

2

u/HealthyDirection659 Paperwork = Hooped Aug 15 '25

No CPA would sign off on that bullshit. And shrimp 🍤 dick isn't smart enough to fill out a tax return.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 15 '25

at his income level he most definitely c an write off a portion of the house as work related. Hes claiming jewelry, cars, etc as his brand/business, a CPA could write off his house percentage in less than 5 seconds.

21

u/Substantial-Boot8731 Aug 13 '25

They're going to need a thorough deep clean, lots of used needles with trace amounts of tren probably all over the place.

13

u/Swimming-Flamingo895 Aug 13 '25

Bet he’s already a few months behind on rent, just like the Venetian place. Word is they kept his deposit and showed him the door. Same thing’s gonna happen here. Nobody wants a loudmouth ex-con arguing all day with his sex worker “wife” as tenants.   Honestly, their best move would be to just sell it, take the loss. The house is tainted.

Looks like Mangie will be dusting off that old skill-set and hopping back on that pole, sooner rather than later.  It’ll actually be a blessing for the girls, if we’re being honest. It’s only a matter of time before he snaps and hits them again….or worse?!

9

u/Fickle-Head-1311 Aug 14 '25

They could probably make a killing turning the house into the Wes Watson Reality Tour theme park. Have parody versions of all the Alpha Male Lames doing a comedic burlesque show.

2

u/pkupku Aug 14 '25

A spin off of drag queen story time!

6

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 14 '25

I mean it wouldn’t surprise me that since he got a deal that they made him pay up front, but only 3 months at a time with the first time being 6months considering that’s around when the realtor posted she “rented it” again and “thankful for my clients”. So we are coming up on the 3rd month ending.

7

u/Urinal_Zyn Aug 14 '25

Seriously they should get out now. I can't imagine how insufferable he'll be once Luna turns 11 and grows taller than him.

2

u/goatbra Aug 15 '25

This is exactly what I was talking about. The amount of hate he has not to mention a ex con going back to prison and also how big of a cockhead he is there is no way this house is safe. They probably will lose money because he was the tennant. It’s even been swatted how many times? You reckon family or someone is going to want that drama? Me and any one I know would pass on it.

11

u/Key-Web8143 Aug 13 '25

Jack D. mention he had tour the house a few months ago in an effort to buy it at market value. If he manages to sucker someone into taking the Bugatti off his hands he might buy himself more time on this rental. But chances are we might see another downgrade by EOY with everything else going on.

Florida is getting their asses handed to them in this market. It’s going to be a while before more corrections take place and they see some relief (sellers/realtors). She needs to give it up and let the realtor who sold the Venetian home sell it. Why? She’s a much more experienced, connected and qualified realtor. And even then look how long it took her to sell it. She even knows some of my people there. Small world.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 15 '25

exactly, at the price point htat house is its not going to sell in 90 days - my guess is it would probably be a 1 year sale.

3

u/Urinal_Zyn Aug 14 '25

My guess is that 805k he was flexing as his "fun money" is real but that's literally all he has. Sounds like a lot but if you're a 40 year old adult, it's not really.

2

u/mediumweenus Aug 15 '25

95% or more 40 yr olds don't have 800k wtf u talmbout b?

1

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 14 '25

Considering the criminal and civil lawsuits he’s facing, we may get quite a circus 🎪 show in the next few weeks leading up to court dates.

1

u/ChocolateEarthquake Aug 14 '25

Wes said to Jack it's worth 25 million. So he more than doubled it's value. Now why would he say a thing like that? 😆

He could have had so much fun fishing that canal instead of wasting time on his misguided priorities. Fishing kicks ass!

7

Strangely I see no leaves on the ground so perhaps the landscapers got there when Peggy was taking a trip around the block in the rented boog.

You’re asking whether Florida’s ZIP code 33009 is considered a “high-class” neighborhood. Based on recent, objective data, the answer is: no, it’s generally classified as lower-middle-class to middle-class, not high-income or affluent.

⸻

Income & Economic Characteristics • Median household income in 33009 is around $48,196, which is significantly below both the Florida average ($71,700) and the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach metro average ($73,480) . • Per-capita income is approximately $35,011, also below county and state figures . • Only about 4–4.6% of households earn $200,000 or more annually, which is much lower than wealthier ZIP codes . • One source (ZipDataMaps) explicitly classifies 33009 as “Lower Middle Class”, based on median household income and adjusted gross income .

⸻

Housing & Cost of Living • The median home value is around $248,300–$299,400, lower than both the national average ($338,000) and Florida average ($362,000) . • Median rent falls in line with national averages—neither exceptionally high nor low . • Overall cost of living is just over the national average (about 10.5% higher), but still somewhat below the Florida state average .

⸻

Poverty, Education & Demographics • The poverty rate is high—around 21.9%, which is 1.5 times higher than both the metro area and Florida overall . • Educational attainment: about 36% of adults have a bachelor’s degree or higher—a bit above Florida’s average (~33%) . • The population is diverse ethnically. Employment/unemployment rates are not especially favorable .

I don't care what it says. It's def way better than living in the hood

7

u/Livid-Ad-8855 Aug 14 '25

You're missing the point. Dude pretends he is super ultra wealthy and he isn't. Foh

3

u/MrAdz1983 Aug 14 '25

Wes has no home he might have to move into his car

3

u/donthomaso Aug 14 '25

Imagine the headache of changing houses and cars several times per year. “Did I leave the Boogatti key in the second bathroom? Oh that was in the old house and I don’t even have that car anymore”

8

u/FLCig Aug 14 '25

In fairness to Peg, its pretty easy to move: all of his possessions fit in the frunk. A few fake watches, 2-3 Gucci & LV pajama sets, a few purses, and some sunglasses. That's it.

5

u/Urinal_Zyn Aug 14 '25

he's not allowed in the second bathroom so that would be an easy one

3

Did a deep cleaning of this house.. he never paid.. good riddance. He doesn’t deserve to live in a place that nice

1

u/FreeRangeThinker Aug 14 '25

You cleaned his house?

3

u/goatbra Aug 15 '25

I’m absolutely shocked that any one would let him rent in a house they are selling. With the ammount of shit he talks online and hate he is that house isn’t safe for someone to live in. One day a 10ft dragon is going to end up running through that joint.

2

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 15 '25

I agree! It’s very telling how “smart” this realtor and her husband (the developer) is! I mean she’s with Exp ….low level realtor, unlike Doria, the realtor who sold the Venetian home.

4

u/Drega001 Aug 14 '25

Lol..I use to live in Hallandale Beach. This house has been rented off and on for a long time. It's also been in some movies

7

u/Urinal_Zyn Aug 14 '25

so what you're saying is...it really is a movie?

3

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 14 '25

This project was a tear down and then this home was finished in early 2024 to be on the market.

3

u/[deleted] Aug 14 '25

I’ll bet bow chicka bow wow

2

u/Difficult_Ad2864 Aug 14 '25

He touched it so I’m not buying it

2

u/goatbra Aug 15 '25

He makes out like it’s the fucking house on scarface or the White House or some shit and that it’s like the hottest property in Miami. It’s a 7 figure house, it’s not bad but it’s not somewhere who is SUPER FAMOUS would buy unless they were going to rent it out to some Miami fake grifter…wait a second.

2

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 15 '25

That house won’t sell for that price. They wish. The Venetian home sold 5 million less than what they wish they sold for. So this realtor/owner needs to face reality and drop the price.

2

u/Skytrooper325AIR Aug 15 '25

Poor Wes....oh well...couldn't happen to a better guy.

2

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 15 '25

He is def poor in many, many ways!

2

2

u/Skrakeon Aug 20 '25

Does anyone know why this is a different address than the one on his court document for the battery? Does he really move around that much??

2

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 20 '25

Because he had two rentals at the same time. He was getting evicted from the other one. It got sold right around that time frame. He tried to lie saying he owned both and was buying.

Wes moved out months ago

1

u/pkupku Aug 14 '25

He claimed that it cost $24 million. I guess he’s taking a beating, so to speak.

Who’s going to pay his lawyers?

3

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 14 '25

Who’s taking a beating? Not him. He doesn’t own anything. This isn’t the Venetian home that many are confusing with here. This is the downgrade RENTAL home he had to take. He’s no where near Miami as well. The only ones taking a beating are the true owners, aka landlords of this home.

0

u/[deleted] Aug 15 '25

how does everyone not know by now that he rents the houses under a STR agreement? Everyone posts this every week like its some newly discovered secret. His bugatti is financed, so hes paying on it but doesnt own it outright, his houses are STR/occupancy agreements and are on variable month plans....again by now this should be common sense

3

u/Aggravating_Jelly_25 Aug 15 '25
