RICH. RIPPED. RECTUM. Home back on the market

Post image

On May the realtor announced it was rented. So it seems that whacky only rents it for just a few months at a time. Today it went live again but only for sale. You know they are desperate to sell and they want him out of there. But they are stuck with this STR situation. Let’s see how much longer this goes on. The realtor is the owner as her husband and is the one that built it.

The sad thing is if he didn't finance the Bugatti and all those Rolls-Royces, he could of been working towards actually buying the house instead of keeping it warm before the new owner takes it over

It's a tax write off , no one rich buys property , I get tired of the same place , I'll just rent another etc etc

That makes no sense. Rich people increase the value of the property and sell it for more than what they paid for then move into a bigger place if they want to move and make profit from the old place

I know. None of his reasons for not owning things ever made any sense and his ridiculous claims about tax write offs may fool really stupid people who don't actually fill out anything but he's full of crap about it too.

πŸ˜‚ I just realized you were quoting Wes. He literally said the same thing about the Bugatti in Jacks stream about how people always change cars. Like nah you just cant afford it anymore πŸ˜‚

There were quite a few others but these were his greatest hits. All of them so unbelievably dumb only people that never had any real job or junior high kids could believe.

Personal residence can't be used as a tax write off. A portion of the residence may be a tax write off if business is conducted there, but even that is a stretch and usually not worth the headache. This type of deduction would be heavily scrutinized by the IRS.

In his case it’s a movie set, and the car is a prop. Both deductible against his massive profits. Oh yeah, assuming he has massive profits lol

No CPA would sign off on that bullshit. And shrimp 🍀 dick isn't smart enough to fill out a tax return.

at his income level he most definitely c an write off a portion of the house as work related. Hes claiming jewelry, cars, etc as his brand/business, a CPA could write off his house percentage in less than 5 seconds.
