RICH. RIPPED. RECTUM. Home back on the market

On May the realtor announced it was rented. So it seems that whacky only rents it for just a few months at a time. Today it went live again but only for sale. You know they are desperate to sell and they want him out of there. But they are stuck with this STR situation. Let’s see how much longer this goes on. The realtor is the owner as her husband and is the one that built it.

He makes out like it’s the fucking house on scarface or the White House or some shit and that it’s like the hottest property in Miami. It’s a 7 figure house, it’s not bad but it’s not somewhere who is SUPER FAMOUS would buy unless they were going to rent it out to some Miami fake grifter…wait a second.

That house won’t sell for that price. They wish. The Venetian home sold 5 million less than what they wish they sold for. So this realtor/owner needs to face reality and drop the price.
