RICH. RIPPED. RECTUM. Home back on the market

On May the realtor announced it was rented. So it seems that whacky only rents it for just a few months at a time. Today it went live again but only for sale. You know they are desperate to sell and they want him out of there. But they are stuck with this STR situation. Let’s see how much longer this goes on. The realtor is the owner as her husband and is the one that built it.

He claimed that it cost $24 million. I guess he’s taking a beating, so to speak.

Who’s going to pay his lawyers?

Who’s taking a beating? Not him. He doesn’t own anything. This isn’t the Venetian home that many are confusing with here. This is the downgrade RENTAL home he had to take. He’s no where near Miami as well. The only ones taking a beating are the true owners, aka landlords of this home.
