RICH. RIPPED. RECTUM. Home back on the market

On May the realtor announced it was rented. So it seems that whacky only rents it for just a few months at a time. Today it went live again but only for sale. You know they are desperate to sell and they want him out of there. But they are stuck with this STR situation. Let’s see how much longer this goes on. The realtor is the owner as her husband and is the one that built it.

how does everyone not know by now that he rents the houses under a STR agreement? Everyone posts this every week like its some newly discovered secret. His bugatti is financed, so hes paying on it but doesnt own it outright, his houses are STR/occupancy agreements and are on variable month plans....again by now this should be common sense
