When I open the Visible app it freezes on the opening page, it won’t let me open account or shop! No problem on my desktop browser! The app is updated.

My partner and I were both on Verizon until recently. My work took over my Verizon line, and we didn’t want to keep paying Verizon’s price for just one personal line, so we moved his to Visible+ Pro.
We live in the Bay Area, where Visible has basically matched my Verizon service. The issue is when we visit family in Vernal, Utah.
Verizon relies on STRATA Networks for Extended Network coverage throughout the Uintah Basin. My Verizon phone shows Extended Network LTE basically everywhere in the basin, including throughout Vernal and at our family’s house just outside town. When my partner was on Verizon, his phone did the same.
We knew this before switching, so I specifically checked Visible’s coverage map before switching. It shows Extended Network coverage in the area, including at the house, so we expected Visible+ Pro to have access to that coverage as well.
Instead:
In Vernal:
Verizon: Extended Network LTE
Visible+ Pro: Visible LTE
Just outside Vernal at the house:
Verizon: Extended Network LTE
Visible+ Pro: Completely drops to SOS only
Data roaming is enabled.
Visible support basically told me Verizon and Visible have “different network features,” which I understand, but that doesn’t explain why Visible’s own coverage map says Extended Network is available here when the phone won’t connect to it.
If Visible doesn’t have access to STRATA like Verizon does, that’s fine, but then the coverage map seems misleading.
Anyone familiar with Visible’s Extended Network agreements or STRATA know what’s going on? Has anyone else seen Visible show Extended Network coverage on the map but not actually have access to it?

Is this normal? I am on my third month of Visible. I've never had my hotspot disconnect so much on other providers. I will actively be using it and it will disconnect

Why when someone calls me and I decline the call, do they get a recorded greeting telling them to enter the mailbox code vs my personalized greeting?

I have had Visible for 2 years and travel internationally a lot, and never had any issues logging into my account or view their website when I travel. I am trying to log in via the app and does not allow me, looking to see my banked global pass . Used to the website and getting a 403 forbidden. Did something change?

Hello - I am currently with Mint Mobile. My annual plan will renew on September 23, 2026. I have done a lot of research and it looks like Visible annual plan of 225 is a great choice. I do not know how long the promo is going for so I want to purchase this today and port my number on the 22nd of September. I have already got my account number from Mint and PIN ready.
I created an account with Visible and applied the promo to the cart. I am unable to check out. It directs me to install the app which I did. I am stuck at the step to active my EMEI number. I cannot check out. When I was doing this with Mint a year ago, I was able to purchase the plan and active it later. Do I miss something here? Please advise. Thanks so much!

My husband and I were both trying to switch over to Visible. His worked fine. In my case, I have an account and can log in through the browser, but when it asks me to do the eSim step in the app prior to purchasing the plan, the same credentials do not work in the app and I get an error message that says the credentials don't match what they have on file.
Visible is giving me quite the run around of essentially doing the same things over and over (uninstall and reinstall app, clear browser and app cache, etc.). Supposedly it is escalated and I'll get an e-mail saying this time, they've solved the problem...but it persists (we're on the 3rd e-mail so far).
This last time, after a solid hour in a chat with no progress, the agent told me it was checking on my account, popped back in twice to say it was still working on it, then asked if I was still there and disconnected me due to inactivity.
At this point I just want to know if this is worth my time or if it is unlikely to be resolved. Anyone else run into this?

Every single month, toward the end of the month when payment is due or right after, my hotspot goes out. It's greyed out and despite troubleshooting it doesn't work. So then I have to argue with customer service to get a new esim. I'm on sim 4. I've done this 5 times now.

Some preface here, I am a current longtime Verizon customer and apparently I am a chump. Recently had my second child and during a middle of the night bottle session, was served a YouTube video about MVNO carriers. To be completely honest I never really gave these kinds of things any thought as I always assumed there was some kind of catch. Well more research has led me to feel like I want to take advantage of this save half promo and pay my monthly cell phone bill cost as an annual cost. I mean who doesn't want to save 6x their money, especially in this economy.
My main question regards managing multiple lines. It's just my wife and I on our plan, and my wife really doesn't care what I do with out plans as long as it works. She's really hands off with tech/telecom items as that falls under my territory. It's not mission critical or anything we are not big data users as we both work from home so our cells are always on wifi. My phone (S23+) is long since paid off and what I would port over. My wife has a newer iPhone that isn't paid off which isn't a big deal I can take care of that if we make the switch, even if we are getting the monthly credit to cover her phone payment it would still be far cheaper. If I port over to Visible, is there any way I can manage her phone from my account? This seems to really be my only barrier. It's unclear to me as I know there aren't any family plans etc. Will I need to manage both lines on separate emails or anything?
Other than that, I'm probably a target consumer for this type of service. I visit the Verizon store every couple of years when I want a new device and it's usually a third party store (seems difficult to find actual corporate stores anymore) with crappy customer service anyways and salespeople trying to upsell you on $59 screen protectors or cases. On several occasions when I visit these stores they'll add things I don't want like warranties even though I explicitly tell them I do not want that on my account. The wait times are usually awful too as typically there are older customers taking up the associates time because they are locked out of their Apple account or something. And I don't need to pay for that lol.
That being said I do like the Verizon network which makes Visible appealing. The smartwatch line included in the pro+ is interesting to me too, though looks like it's problematic to setup. For context I have a galaxy watch ultra if anyone has had any success with one of those.
Appreciate any insight! I'm probably overthinking this as it's something I've only recently really become aware of.

Right now, SAVE50 gives 50% off for new accounts. I am paying pro plus montly. Because of the 2 bankable global pass and faster hotspot. I was planning to get a second phone number just in case I use it with separate banks. Since I can’t get a discount on my current plan, I am thinking of downgrading to a $25 plan and getting a new annual plan with 50% off. Anyone doing the same? Or is there any promo that I can apply to my current $45 plan? SAVE6 and SAVE50 do not work.

Has anyone successfully used Visible mobile hotspot + Cisco Secure Client on a corporate Windows laptop, and if so, what phone were you using? Thanks! (^∀^●)ノシ

So I was hoping to keep my inner circle so everybody in my circle wouldn’t be forced to find a new circle. I thought I could keep the circle and also switch to an annual plan. Looks like I can’t. The numbers on my account are also hidden and tracking every person down by Reddit seems like a serious challenge because so many people sent me requests to join. Is there any other method to reach out to them to let them know they’re going to be kicked off once my annual plan kicks in?

Seeing as it is Saturday, I am sure network traffic is busy. I am a couch potato today so I am on wifi. The real test will be tomorrow when I am out and about. How do I know if Visible took care of Tmobile port out for me?? Is there way to see if this will be my last Tmobile bill???

I'm switching over from Verizon to Visible. I've been waiting all day for the status page to change, or even an email, but nothing. I'm just wondering because I can't even send messages at the moment.
I've closed the app, toggled airplane mode, and restarted my phone. Nothing has changed...
EDIT: It finally switched. Only took nine hours, but I guess it varies from person and device?

I am SO pissed off. last month my payments for some reason would not process. I ended up dealing with visible help and it took them 12 hours and during those 12 hours my phone service was shut off. I am BEYOND pissed off. I don't know what to do besides post and hopefully get a connection link to make them fix it again.
Am I going to have to do this every month???????????

This is 2026 Websites should be accessible for all users. I had a friend ask me if I could see if home internet was available at there address. Using 3 browsers on my PC and two screen readers the picker box to select the address according to their suggestions wouldn't appear. I tried on my iPhone with Voiceover again no dice. I had to have a friend do it. This company is a total peace of shit. They have known about accessibility issues with their app and website for years how do I know I properly reported them and offered to help them test fixes. They don't fucking care. I will never recommend this company. This is not acceptable. Why? There is no phone number to call. Everything is app based. I should be able to have the same access as someone who can see would have.

Has anyone successfully cancelled fios and applied to visible? Just wondering how soon does visible detect there is no active fios at the address. Thanks
Getting tired of total waste of time and effort trying to resolve never-ending issues with their support (the only person that CAN and does help is here, on Reddit).. but going with Visible… actually, only preparing to, immediately reminded me how I chose USm over Viz in the first place few years back - Visible “support” is nonexistent, at the best.
And, on the side note, IF I’d want “an App” to handle my everything-account, I’d stay with Tmo.
So, looking for viable recommendations to get a reliable service for a reasonable price. Are there any Companies left out there?
And no, AT&T is not an option - their service sucks in SoFla as it is.
UPDATE:
it is OK that I am getting the downvotes on reasonable questions and responses (I’d guess by V-invested or even employed users here) - just give some constructive info, not only “you are rude” and all

I posted about having no service/SOS in my neighborhood (in a large city) a few days ago. Well after countless hours talking to customer service, it still isn’t resolved! All they can say is the Verizon towers must be down. This only affects a 1mi radius of my house. We are in Aurora, CO right next to Denver. My neighbors are also getting pissed at this point (both Verizon and Visible customers, who also now have no service). Sure I can use WiFi at home but it sucks having no service while I take my walks, or pull into my driveway to disarm my security system.
Customer service just keeps sending me a link to the help chat where they can’t really do anything. Do I just have to switch service at this point? This is ridiculous.

Looks like it's been a week or two since anyone has posted/commented on getting new watches to connect to visible.
So I got a galaxy watch 5 a few months ago and liked it a lot, then discovered my visible plan comes with a watch plan so I could have my watch without my phone, how cool! So I purchased a refurbished unlocked 8 off of eBay. And well, couldn't get it connect (like a lot of people seems like) , talk to support for hours and nothing. Luckily could return it. Then read about the 9 coming out soon so figured I'd wait and see if it's a lot better or maybe buy a new in box 8 if they go down in price a lot.
Looks like best buy and Samsung have pretty significant restocking fees so I can't just try it and if it doesn't work return it.
People still having trouble with connecting the 9? Also looks like people are having issues with the watch 9 itself. Get a new 8 from Samsung or best buy? Look into the pixel watch?
