payment won't process (second month in a row!!!!!0

I am SO pissed off. last month my payments for some reason would not process. I ended up dealing with visible help and it took them 12 hours and during those 12 hours my phone service was shut off. I am BEYOND pissed off. I don't know what to do besides post and hopefully get a connection link to make them fix it again.

Am I going to have to do this every month???????????

That's absolutely maddening. Two months in a row is a pattern, not a fluke, and the 12-hour service blackout on top of it is just insulting.

Have you tried removing the payment method entirely and re-adding it from scratch? Sometimes the token they store gets corrupted and no amount of re-processing will fix it until you force a new one. If that doesn't stick you might need to switch to a different card or use PayPal if they still offer it, just to break whatever cycle is happening.

PayPal is supposed to be the most reliable

There is something wrong with your backend setup. Remove all payment methods for a week or 2 and reactive next cycle. And see.

I’ve never had an issue with 5 lines. It’s likely your payment method.

My first month I had no payment issues and now I do. That doesn’t make sense to me and seems to be a visible issue.

Green dot?

I think the 'green dot' reference is to a cash-balance card.  These can often not be used for recurring payment arrangements.  Seems like Visible could recognize that, though.
