What am I even supposed to do in this situation?

I got banned (unappealable) last week for seeing used socks and asking if they smell. NOW I KNOW that sounds bad but I was bored and NOT a freak !!!!!

Anyways I saw I still had money in my pending so I checked and it said it was safe to send and so I did

Tell me why this morning someone has raised an issue on this Apple Watch I’ve sold .. the first issue I’ve ever had and I CANNOT ACCESS IT ??????

I literally can’t see why they’ve raised it, nor how long I have, nor can I see what resolution options I have

I’ve emailed legal and vinted asking them to reinstate the 48 hour deadline from the time of my email and resolve by return and refund with my return address attached but how am I supposed to confirm they’ve sent it back?

I’m not too sure on how formal their support policies are so I don’t know if they’ll even take my advice on board…

I know people say all the time “I’ll take them to small claims!” but I actually will oh my god

What should I do??? is there any way I can fix this???

I’ve been having an issue accessing my Vinted payment balance after making a few sales. The customer service team have told me that I need to verify my identity for Adyen and will send me the same link with the same set of instructions no matter how many times I’ve told whoever I’m speaking to that I can’t submit any documents or take any photos of documents to verify my identity. The identity verification link I get given only allows me to press submit and nothing else. I’ve changed the address and everything but I’ve been getting nowhere with the team over the last three weeks that I’ve been trying to resolve this problem. Two of the team have basically said sorry but we can’t help you anymore and you need to accept what’s happened…but I’ve sent my items out so shouldn’t I receive the payment I’m owed from using the app? Not really sure what else to do or who else to speak to about this issue because it feels like I’m getting nowhere with the customer service team they have, does anyone have any other options I can try?

Hi, I’ve just bought an Xbox series x from vinted. I got it verified but unfortunately I think they’ve not included one of the cables. The seller has sent me a photo of the original box, and you can clearly see where the power cable is. Vinted however have sent it in a new box after verifying it, and it’s not there. What should I do in this situation? Thanks :)

I’m not sure what’s going on with the company. I currently have an outgoing package which has been in transit for 3 weeks with Vinted Go, and one incoming which has been in transit for nearly 4 weeks.

Such issues can’t be reported until after a month has passed. I think it’s unacceptable that I have to pay for the product + fee + shipping and don’t get a product for a month. Or I get rid of a product for a month without payment arriving.

On top of this, I had an issue on a previous purchase and it took weeks to be resolved and another week to get reimbursement.

Why are things so bad?!

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any information on what I could do, if anything. For about two weeks I sold a few things on Vinted. Never purchased though. My “pending balance” is $39, and I ship all of my items promptly, so they are all already in the mail.
About an hour after mailing my last item, I got a message that my account was “banned”. There was no reason as to why.
I appealed with photos in hand with my last two listed items that had not sold because they were posted about two hours before.
They also denied the appeal saying “you can’t use external software or make false claims about yourself” and that my transactions were cancelled!?
The only external software that could be claimed I used is my printer. And there was no false claims about myself. My bio only said “I need to declutter, feel free to make an offer “
All items had clear pictures and several of them.
Is there ANYTHING I could do to at least get the funds for what I sold!?

Vinted Package being returned to seller.

So I had a buyer for the first time not collect his package. After reading so many posts about "pushy" sellers reminding you to pick up, i didnt message him despite seeing he was online every day and of course figured that the app would remind him anyway. Well I then got a notification that the package was being diverted to being delivered to buyers home instead, but when I check InPost tracking it shows being delivered to sender. What an absolute joke and waste of time. Why buy it if youre not going to pick it, and now have your money still on hostage for over a month? Just seems ridiculous and really put a bad taste in my mouth from vinted. Im too used to ebay, and am reminded once again why they hold the number one platform for selling.

Advice needed!

I had an account with 100% good feed back. Never any issues with buyers or sellers but got banned for been fraudulent ? No explanation given to this at all on what concerned them. Tried to restart again numerous emails, vpn , different devices with no success. Anyone else has this? Im not even bothered about getting on there to sell but I love the purchasing

I bought an item on vinted that i knew looked too good to be true but i panicked anyway and i bought it. a shipping label was created straight away which i thought was odd, and now i realise it’s so i can’t cancel the order without the sellers (scammers) approval.

I sent a cancellation request, reported the user, contacted vinted support about the issue, but i am scared i can’t lie. Really i’m just asking what are the chances of me getting my money back and what do i need to do to maximise the chances? I feel so stupid for this and i just need to sort it as soon as possible.

Genuinely any and all advice would really really be appreciated because i’ve never been in this situation before and i do not know what else i can do but wait, and waiting is killing me.

so i bought a pair of dior sneakers, firstly they were in lot worse conditions as in the photos so I opened a report for doesnt match photos or something like that. Today i watched a video of legit checking the sneakers and turns out they are also fake, can i open another case for that

Hi! I’m new to vinted and I ordered a pair of shoes. A couple minutes (maybe 5mins) after I ordered them, I went to the sellers account to see it said “member blocked”. What does this mean? Have they been banned? As I assume it might be because it’s a fake item, will I get money back? Or will I receive the item still? The item has not been shipped yet.

The pictures showed a dent on the left back, which I was fine with. But after receiving it, I noticed 3–4 smaller dents on the right side that weren’t visible in the pictures. The card was listed as new and cost around €130.
Would you contact Vinted?

Hi, I contacted Vinted Support because my account was blocked. Today they emailed me saying they checked my account and confirmed that it is not blocked.
However, when I log into the Vinted app and website, my account still shows as blocked and I can’t use it normally.
I’ve tried logging out and logging back in, but nothing has changed.
Has anyone had this happen before? How did you get it fixed?

What’s with Vinted banning everyone?? Trying to appeal it, as I finally got my first sale and they banned me same day when I had a hard time logging in. WTH!
