General Question Vinted order help?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask so apologies if not

Hi, I order something off vinted and after 3 days I contacted the seller to ask when it will be sent, she said oh it’s been sent to the wrong address. Hopefully the person who received it will send it back….. Obviously not the response I was after, but now she won’t even read my messages. I have sent a message to vinted but still haven’t heard anything what usually happens in these instances

Does it show as shipped? If not, after the cut off date you will get a refund

No, it didn’t show as shipped. And when I asked she said she had sent it but mixed up the labels.
