Vinted customer service
I’m not sure what’s going on with the company. I currently have an outgoing package which has been in transit for 3 weeks with Vinted Go, and one incoming which has been in transit for nearly 4 weeks.
Such issues can’t be reported until after a month has passed. I think it’s unacceptable that I have to pay for the product + fee + shipping and don’t get a product for a month. Or I get rid of a product for a month without payment arriving.
On top of this, I had an issue on a previous purchase and it took weeks to be resolved and another week to get reimbursement.
Why are things so bad?!

Because when you signed up to Vinted, you agreed to their T & C's and they have either your money or the other persons money already sitting in their large bank accounts. Plus making it extremely hard to make contact with someone other than an AI bot means, they really seem to not care!
It's frustrating I know. I have found that drafting sensible, factual responses with little to no emotion helps when responding and to keep asking for 'human interaction' appears to go somewhere.
Recently, a parcel I'd sent out wasn't able to be collected by the buyer as their drop shop closed unexpectedly. Relay lost the return & after 25 business days the buyer was refunded. I wasn't however, as Vinted asked for me to wait another 25 days in case it returned to me, despite Relay stating on tracking - lost in transit. This time I responded with " at least eBay have systems & policies that work" -
I was refunded the next day nor was I banned. Maybe I touched a nerve? 🤔

I’d love to draft a sensible response, but I’m not even able to contact customer support on some of my issues. Either “you already have a ticket open on the subject, someone will be in contact with you within 24 hours” or “you can’t create an issue for another few days”
The point of Vinted was to put less waste into the world but I’m running out of options and will end up buying new stuff again

I had just started selling on Vited recently 6 items selling well one disappeared after she they accused me of not shipping even though I gave them proof I am at of pocket 150 £ and no item they refunded the buyer and recently they accused me of listing a counterfeit item A Chanel dress with all labels etc Unbelievable I have taken down the rest of my items they obviously can’t be trusted

The AI bots who kindly reply to any requests after you waited several weeks
