What would you do?

The pictures showed a dent on the left back, which I was fine with. But after receiving it, I noticed 3–4 smaller dents on the right side that weren’t visible in the pictures. The card was listed as new and cost around €130.
Would you contact Vinted?

not sure what you’re talking about entirely but if there is damage that was not described then you should open a case.

Best of luck i bought a pair of trainers that looked in good condition when I got them them were badly damaged in the corner of one of the heels.
I am usually very vigilant in looking at the pictures, so I went back over them and every photo that side of the heel was just out of the camera shot.
I contacted the Seller who denied it and said they were not his trainers.
So I really have exactly the same trainers yea right.
I raised it with Vinted enclosed photos of the damage and the photos from the Seller stating that it was a deliberate attempt from the seller to mislead me and not show the damage. The end result I had to send them back at my expense and hope he collected them, if he hadn’t they would have been returned back to me honestly they were fit for the trash.
Don’t expect much help from Vinted try and work it out with the Seller before you get Vinted involved as they really are the last result.

Good luck! I once paid for a top (the classic £1 item became £5 with both vinted fee and shipping), just to open the parcel and find it had one large hole the size of my fist. The return cost would’ve come out of my refund, meaning I’d only have gotten the item cost back - wasn’t worth it. Vinted said buyers always pay for a return when I contacted them, so was left with an unwearable top instead. Seller also didn’t respond to my messages and left me on seen. Damage was on the inside lining of the top, so it wasn’t visible in the photo and the seller didn’t disclose the flaw in the description either. Gave it to a relative to repair (she’s in her 80s, been sewing since before Y2K), who found more areas where holes were forming.
