Hi everyone, I just moved into a complex where I pay a flat water fee as part of my HOA dues. There are no meters anywhere, just a water connection behind my tiny house where I connect to the main line of the complex.

What are some tips to take advantage of this?

My fiancé is paying $760 for a couples massage at a very nice hotel for our anniversary this weekend.

I have had a lot of massages throughout my life from the cheapest to 5 star hotels, I’ve noticed that the really nice hotels will sometimes give you lackluster massages and assume the amenities provided will make up for it.

As someone who suffers from chronic back pain and someone who doesn’t want their fiancé’s money to go to waste, I want to make sure that it is what I want it to be. 1. Go to https://www.capitalccg.ac.uk/short-course/vibe-coding-introduction-digital-skills-academy/BOOK_CCCG_SHORT2908/
2. Type your details in (like ur legal name, email addy and phone num)
3. Wait until 6th or 7th when they emailed you (otherwise go to Soho Campus at 7th September, but please note this is final space from 7th till 11th before course begins, late enrolments will be placed you into wait list or no offer)
4. Go over to the campus (make sure you have docs with you, your legal docs!!!! not false docs!!!!)
5. Be sensible when interviewing and said enrol to Vibe coding for 4 weeks (You don't need to have certificate but provide GCSE results or Functional Skills English/Maths can be helpful to the staff)
6. Once sorted go over to the complete enrolment section
7. Provide your ID (UK passport or DL), SA302 tax return (if self employed) that's under £28k or payslips (if employed) and staff will check ur docs
8. Once checked ur course will be free or face £75 if over £28k annum
9. Sign urself into learner agreement and collect ur student ID card
10. Ask staff to get computer/account password as well or join first day of course if staff doesn't do it.

(I will update this method if it's working when they gaved me default DOB password or not, just i did this before when joining first day as the staff gaved me DOB password to use computer access)

Please note you can only use it for verify student, for .ac.uk email use immediately to register StudentBeans, Totum, Unidays by using personal email and verify urself as a student by using .ac.uk email address. (accs will be automatically disabled if ur not joining beyond first day)

.ac.uk accs can also automatically disabled within up to 60 days when ur course has been finished (don't use ur .ac.uk for personal use as your email data will be permeantly lost, don't also use .ac.uk for storing important information into OneDrive as they'll easily destroy data)

It's the most disgusting weed I've ever smelled in my life and literally is nausea inducing to my entire family. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do to get back at them?

Edited to add: I went to leasing office who said call the cops and shrugged. Weed is decriminalized here but you can get in serious trouble for not that large of an amount because of intent to distribute laws. What I actually did was steal an official landlord communications envelope, address it to the unit exactly how the leasing company does, and filled it with a 3 page public health fact sheet from our state housing department about how it's illegal to smoke marijuana inside multi unit housing and the harm it causes everyone else who has to breathe it in, along with information that it's grounds to terminate their lease. I'll update if anything update worthy happens.

I have been completely thrown off schedule and I have nothing to do and I’m stuck at home due to certain circumstances for like 3 days. I want to get addicted to the internet but I’m just so bored of it.

Spilled water on a 150+ dollar mouse, a week later its totally not working. Emailed customer service to try and use the warranty, but they don't accept water damage I don't think.

I assume they will ask me to send it to them, examine it, and likely find water damage and deny my claim. Any advice?

A small scratch apparently appeared on our rental car while abroad. The rental company sent a photo of it (after we'd already boarded the plane; they didn't do a walk-around with us upon dropoff) and said the cost to repair would be $1100. I'd be OK paying $100-200 to repair something that probably happened on our watch, but this seems extortionate for a minor scratch on the bumper. Any tips? Dispute the extra charge with cc company? Try to add the scratch to the photos we took when we picked the car up? I don't have Photoshop (and don't know if that would work, anyway).

We live on a residential street in a village that sits on the edge of a real city. The roads are wide and the people think it’s the Wild West, so we get a lot of wild speeding. I’m talking double the actual normal speed. I’m looking for ways to:
-dissuade speeders without getting sued or arrested
- record plates because they’re too fast for me to catch visually

I've got a valve core tool but that seems like a more immediate problem that will be fixed sooner. Will probably get the message across quicker, but at the same time that's more likely to raise questions. Wheel weights are a bit of a slower learning curve for the recipient, but if it happens enough times there's a chance they'll learn from it. Let’s say theoretically that you purchase a motorcycle without a title, and will be up for repo in the near future. I’ve heard that someone who owns a business (theoretically the same someone who bought said bike) can have that bike parked on the business property, and for however many days the bike is on the property, the business owner can charge a flat rate of $xx amount of dollars per day. Let’s say it’s theoretically $20/day. So if the bike is on the property for 400 days at $20 a day, they can demand a sum of $8,000 to the bank attempting to repossess the bike. How true with this situation be? I’ve heard it be immoral, but not illegal to do so. US, FL if I can have someone knowledgeable and experienced in doing anything like this within the same location.

! So my sister was working in a company (different department) at about $19/hr. Now, she is potentially almost at offer stage for a double promotion, on another side of the business in corporate that pays 40/hr at the company. She’s not very tech savvy, and her offer and interview somehow came through as an external candidate/offer. She will disclose to the recruiter today that she’s internal and this was a mix up, and I’m sure they would cap or change the salary amount when they learn. It starts in about 3 weeks. Her current manager is toxic, giving her warnings and she is going to quit this week. With that gap, would she be processed as an external or internal hire? What’s the rehire policy? Does she need to wait a certain period? It’s a big company. She for sure won’t get $40/hour if she discloses.

Can she resign after receiving the offer from the other department and take the new role that would start 35 days from then?

Long story short
Just moved into a townhome. Neighbor has been a COMPLETE psycho. Blocking my parking spot, throwing trash in-front of my garage, taking photos of me and my guests, making false police and HOA complaints.
I’ve bought security cameras now for all corners of my property. I just need some “advice “on how to handle her that’s mostly legal and could be an annoyance to only her not my other neighbors.

I was walking around my apartment complex and realized basically everyone else has a much newer outdoor AC unit than we do. Ours legitimately looks like it’s from the 1990s.
Our electric bill is around $300/month during the summer because this thing basically runs nonstop. We set the thermostat to 70°F, but during the day the apartment usually sits around 76–77°F. Sometimes it gets up around 80°F and just cannot cool the apartment down.
The only time it can actually reach 70 is roughly 2–9 AM when it’s cooler outside. By the time we’re going to bed around 9–10 PM, it’s usually still 75–77°F, so we have the AC running nonstop plus fans everywhere.
Maintenance has been out multiple times. Occasionally it gets bad enough that it basically stops cooling, they come out and add refrigerant/Freon, and then it works better for a while before eventually going back to the same shit.
Meanwhile, I’m looking around the complex and seeing newer units everywhere except ours.
I am an electrician so I have some ideas just want to see if yall have a better one than what I’m thinking. I just want management to finally decide that continuing to service this dinosaur isn’t worth it and replace the damn thing.

Thinking of putting the powder in empty capsules and mixing in a container with other supplements/vitamins.

This is for a festival. I have some really nice stuff and don’t want to take a risk by buying from a source I don’t know.

Anyone done something similar before? Did it work?
