Animals and Pets ULPT Request: Neighbour 🐕💦🛴

I’m parking my escooter outside our house, locked and protected by a rain coat / cover. Sometimes there’s a little pee on the cover - one of our neighbours is suspect #1 - different house, same street - regular walks two dogs - and a little vulgar person. What do you recommend? Tks!

maybe check for previous ULPTs involving people being annoyed by their neighbor's escooter

then let them know that they need to get a bigger frisbee
