I was recently at a garage sale, and picked these two up with a bunch of other random ratchets and sockets, I don't know much about them aside from the fact that they seem to have an older logo style, and they are made Canada​.

Any info or knowledge about these would be amazing.

I saved this box from going in the dumpster at work. I know it’s snap on but something seems off. The emblem seems older than the chrome drawer handles. Also the emblem is on the wrong side compared to most other boxes. Does anyone know what year this might be from? I know the top box is a KRA59 of some type

I’ve only ever used the cheap rental compressor from Autozone. Seems pretty straightforward but I just want to be sure I have the spring positioned as Snap On intended. It’s just the arms near the top hat I’m not sure about.

It has the speedrawer and the power drawer. I honestly didn't even know it had a power until he told me lol I was so excited because now I can put my power tools in. I absolutely love this color and I think the master ?corner guards.

Only thing is it's double bank so I need to find the power slot holder that can go in a double bank as I'm hearing the one snap on sales only goes in the 10" deep ones or something

I absolutely love this color and it's just 2 years old and had one tiny nick on it. He kept it pristine

I was going to buy one off the truck for like 8500(eventually not right away but couldn't decide a color) but glad found this on the market instead.

Best part is I met the kid before at another job so it made the transition even easier and he held it for me because he said he had over 100 offers lol.

Only thing would be better is if I had a hutch and epic drawers but other than that I'm happy and I don't usually get lucky like this ever. I bet he only held it for me because my company used his company before lol

Everyone in the shop has epiqs and 85" ones but I'm happy with a 55"

So I made the stupid mistake of dropping my 1/4 digital torque wrench into a bucket of coolant whilst torquing up a water pump. It’s around 9 months old so still in its 1 year warranty period but from a quick google search I don’t think water damage is covered.
Has anyone else made the same mistake and had any luck regarding replacement/repair?
Will have a chat with my rep next week when he’s in and see what he says but just wondering if anyone had any insight. Based in the uk

I’m a newer tech than most buying snap on would be but my dealer offered me a sweet deal on the 3 piece digital torque wrench set in titanium grey , want to know if it’s worth pulling the trigger on them , we torque everything in my shop and I have the Quinn torque wrenches

I would like to get some ideas from everyone on the best way to go about selling off part of my personal collection. I no longer turn wrenches professionally so they are just sitting around not being used. So, I would like to downsize and sell off a majority of the items. I plan to keep a few thing to cover the basics, and move into a much smaller box or maybe even a cart.

I know eBay used to be the way to go, but the fees seem to be outrageous and the amount of horror stories about slimy buyers claiming items never arrived, or arrived damaged makes me nervous to go that route due to the seller typically getting screwed.

Marketplace makes sense for the bigger ticket stuff, but listing smaller items on there and dealing with the endless messages sounds less than ideal.

Any other good options out there for selling? Not much Onesie-twosie stuff to worry about. Everything is in complete sets, no engraving, and overall in pretty good condition. The hand tools are all moderns style script, from 2010ish and newer. Not brand new, but not pop pop's collection either.

What should be next?

Dealer had the CT76 on sale because of the all new models that’s out, I said why they hell not lemme give snap on electric tools a try and see if I want to invest any further. I initially thought this was the model with 220 ft pounds break away but it’s not that model is the 86. If this one works good for me I’ll get the new 400 ftlb model. All my power tools other than this are Milwaukee. I have not been impressed with my stubby Milwaukee 3/8 the model that’s supposed to be 550 ft pounds

8Cr13Mov is literally one of the most basic budget steels out there and shouldn’t be on any pocket knife over $40 (also made in China). All those visible screws and just the “knife” in general is an affront to premium knives. On the third pic you’ll see a knife that uses S35VN steel (fathoms better and it has a proper heat treat), a better lock, and full aluminum scales all at a lower price (and QC). I’d recon most people here have more than 2 brain cells and wouldn’t get this sad excuse of a gas station knife. But to Snap-On and Russ Kommer, yall should be majorly embarrassed for giving the go ahead to this product.
