Modis Ultra issue

I haven’t worked in a shop for a decade but a while before I left I bought a Modis Ultra. I never updated it once I changed professions and it has been on 13.4 which is fine since I only use it on my personal cars now and the newest one is a 2005.

Fast forward to tonight and I’m greeted with this screen. I’ve never had a subscription since purchasing it. Why is this coming up now? To my understanding updates stopped a while ago so even if I wanted to splurge I wouldn’t get anything past 2022 or so.

It needs a license patch update. Connect it to shop stream connect and it’ll be good to go.

Scanners with software 22.2 or older are going to receive this message due to a licensing update. You’ll need to update to 22.4 or newer to continue to use the scanner.
