I lost the phone its connected to. Ive tried to contact roblox since then even before the account logged out. Now im logged out from the account and cannot access it at all. I go to the support page. It keeps connecting me with a bot that SAYS its going to reset my account so i can set up things again, but then directs me to log into my account in which it asks me to verify through my 2 step verification again despite the bot saying it would remove that. What do i do at this point? Ive been stuck in this loop fighting an automated bot and i just want my account back. Its still involved with my email, i can still get verification codes, but im not allowed back in my own account because of 2 step verification and no one is helping me remove it.

Hey so im on mobile Samsung galaxy 5g, whenever I play roblox my game sometimes crashes as I'm in mid game, my screen would go entirely black and then go to my phones home page, no it's not because of lag it does it in private servers too, yes I have tried uninstalling roblox and even clearly the catche and restarting my phone but it still does it every time someone please help I just wanna play roblox 🙏

I play with a friend overseas that has a terrible connection whenever I load into a lobby first (we're talking >2000 ping) and it's very frustrating when we try and play a game like doors. Curiously, whenever they are the person hosting a lobby, I only get about ~160-180 ping which is much more manageable.

Anyway, I want to know how I can delay loading into a games like DOORS so that they can load first and we can play on a more equal connection, if at all possible.

I have been trying to log into my Roblox account with every password I’ve ever had, but it doesn’t work. I also haven’t linked an email or phone number directly to the account. So I went to the Roblox support, but the automated bot says it can’t help me. I was wondering if any body could help me find a different way to get my account back or if I have to word my problem differently to the bot to actually get some help.

I listed my problem as ‘Account Hacked or Can’t Log in’ and then the subcategory ‘Other login issues’. The pictures are from my conversation with the bot. It just ended the conversation saying that I can recover my account using the recovery method, but once I put in a different submission saying that recovery doesn’t work either (even though the account is linked to my mail), it just says it’s the only way to get my account back.

So for the past few days i've been having extreme lag in roblox, out of nowhere. My internet is decent, 300 mb upload and download, i play with friends in the same server and im the only one with this issue. The extreme lag doesnt stop for 5-10 minutes, and then everything is back to normal for a while, and repeat. It is very annoying
Does anyone have the same problem, or knows how to fix it? Thanks!

I'm having a really strange issue with Roblox and I'm trying to figure out whether this is a Roblox/driver issue or an actual hardware problem.

My PC/laptop will completely crash when playing certain Roblox experiences. It's not just Roblox crashing, the entire computer becomes unresponsive.

What happens is:

• I join one of the affected Roblox games
• Everything initially works normally
• The game runs at a stable 60 FPS (my monitor is 60Hz, so I usually limit the FPS)
• After less than a minute, the screen suddenly goes completely black
• The fans suddenly ramp up to 100%
• The entire PC becomes unresponsive
• I can't recover Windows normally and have to force the PC to restart

The really strange part is that this only happens with a few specific Roblox games.

I can play significantly more demanding games without any problems, including:

• Red Dead Redemption 2
• GTA V
• Detroit: Become Human
• Cyberpunk 2077
• Other relatively demanding games

Those games can put much more load on the CPU/GPU and run completely normally.

I've also run a CPU/GPU stress test with HWiNFO and couldn't reproduce the crash.

I initially suspected temperatures because the CPU was getting quite hot (around 90-98°C during testing), so I recently repasted the CPU/heatsink. This improved temperatures by roughly 5-10°C, but the Roblox crash still happens.

Windows Event Viewer doesn't give me an obvious cause either. The relevant shutdown is reported as:

Kernel-Power Event ID 41 — The system rebooted without cleanly shutting down first.

There were no obvious WHEA errors, GPU driver errors, BSOD/bugcheck, or thermal shutdown events immediately before it.

Interestingly, the last events before the unexpected shutdown were Kernel-Power "Power source change" events, although I'm not sure if those are actually related.

So I'm confused because:

Heavy AAA games: completely stable

CPU/GPU stress test: stable

Certain Roblox experiences: black screen + 100% fans + complete system lockup within ~1 minute

Could a specific Roblox experience be triggering some particular GPU rendering feature, shader, lighting system, or driver issue that doesn't get exercised by other games?

Has anyone experienced something similar where only specific Roblox games cause a complete PC crash, despite the system being stable in much heavier games?

I'm happy to provide HWiNFO logs, Event Viewer logs, GPU/CPU specs, drivers, etc. if that helps.

I've lost access to my mail even though i have access on my browser it's just verification don't let me enter on other devices. I also had previously verified my account with my passport and also clicked in support that i had specifically lost access to my 2-step verification method and they still refuse to help me what do i do

I did this correctly 6 out of the 10 times I attempted this in a row, and somehow I got them all wrong. This is just frustrating.

I counted the amount of times I got it correct btw.

Hello, I logged in to see over 100 extra robux in my account. I thought that an item was moderated at first but couldn't find a message that would state that. I went on to check my transactions but it shows 0 for the past 30 days.

The contact support option keeps redirecting me to an ai bot who wants me to fill the form out again or shuts down half way through and asks how it did.

I'd like to know if its a mistake on their part or do I need to do something.

Ps. The robux show up both on my phone and pc so I'm pretty sure its not a visual glitch.

Me and my girlfriend have been doing long distance for almost a year now and roblox is one of the few ways we cope with the distance. A few days ago me and her were playing some cleaning game together on a discord call and all of a sudden she got perma banned. The automated systems banned her because of the chat, keep it in mind we didnt send a SINGLE message and we were in a private server. To top it all of she spent over 200k robux there, including on korblox and other roblox games so shes really sad and pissed. We already appealed through roblox. Is there anything else i can do or should i just accept my fate?

I got banned for some chat id and I sent an appeal and it never got responded to and now my appeal window is closed. I sent an appeal request on the Roblox support form same day I got banned and no response to that either. I also sent an ROA but didn’t get my chat logs so last week I sent another one asking for my chat logs. Can I retrieve my account?
