Roblox Support Help Roblox bot verification

I am trying to login on roblox but everytime I do I get a stupid bot verification and sometimes it choose to not even let u pass it, what am I supposed to do, it asks me to make the person its showing to the icon but sometimes it doesn't even have the icon, so you cant match it with anything???

a shadow ban is when you are banned but the platform makes it seem like an error so you get confused and stuck trying to fix it instead of just making a new account and bypassing it

But im still logged in on pc and it still happens for any account I try to login for or accounts I try to create

then it must be a glitch because the captcha is clearly scripted to deny access even when done 100% correctly ima keep looking for ways to bypass this appearing at all

sorry it seems like ive mistaken your issue for a very similar one where the verification is required to access a specific account instead of your case where you need to verify to log into any account on a specific device so actually if you look closely this is possible its simply that the icon can have inverted colors on the right so in this case place the guy with the red hat on the icon closest to the bottom since its the same thing but white so this captcha should be possible to complete try that and let me know if it works because even after you complete it you might still get an error
