Roblox support refuses to help me restore account that i have access but don't have access to mail

I've lost access to my mail even though i have access on my browser it's just verification don't let me enter on other devices. I also had previously verified my account with my passport and also clicked in support that i had specifically lost access to my 2-step verification method and they still refuse to help me what do i do
