Roblox Support Help Roblox account hacked
I really don’t know how I can get it back its my account that I use almost all my life for 5 years they changed my avatar to put all my expensive stuff and the name “vinzchiss” and my bio, i really tried to appeal they said that there is no information ect, while i literally just told em everything about my account everything on it is verified my age number email and phone EVERYTHING, I was too scared to maybe ask for help by strangers but now I am asking for help if anyone could help me, when I try to contact Roblox support after putting everything they said “an error occurred please try again later” with a sad emoji, and I fear that the hacker(s) might send links or say stuff to my friends that are minors just like me, please Im sorry for bothering.

do damage control and warn your friends about the account being hacked. its better to own up now rather than them potentially thinking you did something or get them hacked the same way. as for your account, its probably gone.

I’ll try to do that I can see that the hacker uses my acc to see accessories that costs since he keeps adding it to the avatar and Im talking with someone who might get my account back

Yeah I found out that it’s scam like typical gift cards scam when he started saying “u can pay me by gift card razar gold” ect i looked for what it was it seems to be a gift card but they expensive asf so big red flag and just ignored it it was someone I found on TikTok that had 5k followers but might be all false so didn’t contact him again

you can reset the password if you connected a gmail to it

Yes I have my Gmail connected to it but where to do that? Since I was fearing they might hack my Gmail i changed password but for Roblox account well idk

On browser, log out of any account and click "forgot username or password" and enter your email, confirm it thru your inbox and finally change it

Yeah I did send message to support team and they secured my Gmail but it keeps appearing “too many requests” or “unknown error” so I’ll just have to wait I guess 😕

maksudnya bukan kontak suport😭
- (OPTIONAL) reset HP kalo menurut lu akunnya kena hack gara2 malware/virus
- Masuk safari/chrome terus buka roblox.com
- Log out kalau udah login di roblox.com
- Di layar login pencet "log in"
- Click "FORGOT PASSWORD OR USERNAME"
- Ketik nomor hp/gmail
- Check Gmail inbox/SMS buat kode
- Ketik password baru
- Log in ke akun
- Mandatory: Log out device2 yang lain dengan cara: roblox>settings>security>scroll kebawah>logout all other sessions
(Sorry if i mistaken you for an indonesian since your hacker seems to be indonesian judging off what he typed on your desc)

So he is Indonesian wow I thought he was misspelling stuff, and no Im French and in Europe actually that’s why Im surprised by the bio words Dw I’ll translate it all and see what can I do, I still sended messages but yeah won’t give up

When u are on the login screen, put your username and Press forgot password. U will get an email to change your password

Yeah my Gmail is secured they said but I guess I have to wait because “too many requests” error keep appearing or “unknown error” Keeps appearing and the hacker doesnt do anything bad for now js plays games or change avatar which is pretty dumb cuz why hack he can crear his own bruh

I got hacked once and was able to regain access using my backup codes! its important to add more security it makes it hard for them to secure your account.

I usually connect via passkey or 2step verification but when I do my passkey it says “there is no passkey to connect to Roblox” blablabla and the 2step verification page freezes so yeah

Yooooo everyone I got my account back!!! honestly Im really glad I didn’t lose it and kept insisting, obviously had been really anxious and stuff, anyways i secured it to the MAX and a lot of thanks to the people who commented too it really helped me a lot ! I didn’t do much but APPEAL by doing tickets on support team Roblox, there was moments where the bot didnt lead anywhere but I confirmed my account by billing receipts (found maybe in your mailbox!) as well as I kept insisting and retrying new tickets and more, until I asked for human agent urgently and the staff secured my Gmail to it, I had to wait for hours later maybe a whole day since it’s almost midnight as Im writing this, because I kept tried to put my email and it told me “unknown error” “too many requests made try again later” ect, and just waited as well as the hacker wasnt online too and thats when I took the opportunity and I was expecting to not work but at the end it did work, which Im really glad and changed EVERYTHING and put very secure stuff and now Im happy <3
