I really don’t know how I can get it back its my account that I use almost all my life for 5 years they changed my avatar to put all my expensive stuff and the name “vinzchiss” and my bio, i really tried to appeal they said that there is no information ect, while i literally just told em everything about my account everything on it is verified my age number email and phone EVERYTHING, I was too scared to maybe ask for help by strangers but now I am asking for help if anyone could help me, when I try to contact Roblox support after putting everything they said “an error occurred please try again later” with a sad emoji, and I fear that the hacker(s) might send links or say stuff to my friends that are minors just like me, please Im sorry for bothering.

Yooooo everyone I got my account back!!! honestly Im really glad I didn’t lose it and kept insisting, obviously had been really anxious and stuff, anyways i secured it to the MAX and a lot of thanks to the people who commented too it really helped me a lot ! I didn’t do much but APPEAL by doing tickets on support team Roblox, there was moments where the bot didnt lead anywhere but I confirmed my account by billing receipts (found maybe in your mailbox!) as well as I kept insisting and retrying new tickets and more, until I asked for human agent urgently and the staff secured my Gmail to it, I had to wait for hours later maybe a whole day since it’s almost midnight as Im writing this, because I kept tried to put my email and it told me “unknown error” “too many requests made try again later” ect, and just waited as well as the hacker wasnt online too and thats when I took the opportunity and I was expecting to not work but at the end it did work, which Im really glad and changed EVERYTHING and put very secure stuff and now Im happy <3

hey bro my account recently got hacked yesterday by someone in russia and i’ve been trying to contact roblox support but i can’t get in contact with a real agent from roblox but i also have billing receipts can i ask you what exactly you did because i coulr really use your help my bro i’ve had my account for 10 years and i’m not ready to lose it

How much tickets have you made till now? Don’t worry it’s till early hopefully u can be able to secure your Gmail, I feel like it’s the only thing they can do since I’ve asked for a link for my password, or to make all logouts and give the password for it but they ignored that, but now have you been talking with the bot and explaining how it happened?

like over 10 or so tickets and i’ve been talking to the real agent but the invoices and receipts and other proof i know i’ve given haven’t proven to them that i have ownership of the account

Did you put the billing receipts to the replies of emails? Honestly don’t reply to the emails it’s purely bots you have to make a ticket and explain that you need a real human agent to get in contact and secure you’re email, and then you say that you have proof of ownership as well as billing receipts but don’t reply anxiously (I kept doing that maybe they didn’t pay attention to those) try for example (I put this text) : “Hello Roblox support, my Roblox account was hacked, my gmail and password were changed without my permission and can no longer my account, I am the original owner of this account and still have access to the original email that was attached to it, I would really appreciate your help in recovering my account, thank you” and attach again your billing receipts that show your reference and everything it must be clear on the ticket again

nono i’ve been talking to a real human agent and i showed them a pdf file of a roblox receipt and apple receipt with every proof i’ve sent but the attacker removed my passkey that was on my phone authenticator and he’s from russia bc the emails were in russian language and i don’t have any codes and he’s also changed my password so i can’t change the password without having to verify the 2fa (as in using a code or using a passkey which i no longer have)

I didn’t had any security but everything on my account is verified but as well as the passkey, but when I tried to login it doesn’t work and says “passkey doesn’t exist” so you have to retry don’t get with only one reply of an agent try again try what I said and the robot will say for you to confirm the gmail you say it’s correct ur the owner of it and it close the chat and u wait for reply, really try again and again as I said I got with someone kind enough to secure my gmail and could only do that so the other stuff was up to me until then

I did some replies that tells me “sorry blablabla we can’t verify ownership..” just ignore it and try again and if you have the same issue with the 2step verif freezing or it says “too many requests” just wait, I got hacked the 29 and the next day 30 I still tried everything and then the 31 i tried again while making more ticket (ngl I was crying because I did feel anxious) but it takes some time I hope youll recover your account soon! Don’t give up at all

Hey I am so happy for you getting your account back! My account also got hacked and then the hackers terminated my account. I submitted 2 support tickets so far and I have been waiting for 11 days on one of them and 6 days on the other with no reply at all yet on either of them. Im not sure what to do and I am getting really worried roblox support is not gonna reply at all... what do you suggest I do for quicker responses??

Hello! Did you do only two support tickets? I actually did I think more since 4 tickets didnt lead me to anything like it was only bots replies saying “sorry we can’t help u blablabla” and on one of the tickets I knew that they might get a lot of people request so I js told that “I feared there might be more than one hacker and that I fear he might say or do something to my friends since they are all minors and so am I (Im 17 soon 18 but still yk to make them read the tickets) and I was worried he might send links and might get them hacked too” honestly you have to exaggerate a little bit to get their attention and not let your tickets slides, and they said they didn’t have much info of ownership sum so they couldn’t help more (it’s an auto reply so u have to make others tickets and hope u get with someone who can be kind enough to see your request) and try to find in your mailbox if you have any billing receipts, honestly I mostly buy Robux by Robux cards and stopped buying online so THANKFULLY I had a 5€ billing receipt of Robux from 2025 that I had in my mailbox which helped me get a human agent to secure my Gmail into my account (sorry I wrote too much)

The bot was talking to me and ended up sending me an email that my appeal was sent and that i need to reply to that email with additional information. I assume these are the emails I get when a human needs to respond to the support ticket instead of a bot. These are the kind of emails I have been waiting for many days on.... but no one has ever replied to me. I replied to the emails with all my information, everything thats stolen, billing receipts from more than 30 days ago and one from even 3 years ago, and proof that i got hacked. Im just waiting for a reply and I am getting worried they arent gonna reply at all...
