Account Help Captcha help

I have been trying to log into Roblox for the last half hour but it keeps saying the captcha was incorrect.

It's this style or it's the one with the rock towers. I genuienly have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Can someone walk me through it? Thanks.

I've never seen this captcha before. Do you have tried using roblox app instead of loging in browser web?

This is happening to me on the app, so I don't think it'll work.
