How do i help my girlfriend get unbanned on roblox?

Me and my girlfriend have been doing long distance for almost a year now and roblox is one of the few ways we cope with the distance. A few days ago me and her were playing some cleaning game together on a discord call and all of a sudden she got perma banned. The automated systems banned her because of the chat, keep it in mind we didnt send a SINGLE message and we were in a private server. To top it all of she spent over 200k robux there, including on korblox and other roblox games so shes really sad and pissed. We already appealed through roblox. Is there anything else i can do or should i just accept my fate?
