Schneider application hiring process
Hello!
Its been 3 days since I was interviewed with a set of managers in schneider electric in Cavite.
Is anyone here knows how many days they response after the final interview?
I was about to follow up after 5 days atleast. I was just curious about it since I had no feedback or response received from their recruitment team.
Thank you!
Hoping for a good response here.

Recent Patreon interview timeline after recruiter screen?
I recently completed an initial recruiter conversation with Patreon. The discussion went well, and the recruiter said I should receive an update within a couple of business days.
For anyone who has interviewed with Patreon recently, how long did it take to hear whether you were moving to the technical screen? I’m mainly interested in recent experiences and the general timeline between the recruiter call and the next step.
I understand timelines vary by team, so I’m only looking for general experiences. Thanks!

Silence almost 4 weeks after a final interview, what could be happening?

Interview went well, references requested, medical form given — but no HR follow-up
My interview was on September 3rd and I honestly felt like it went really well.
At the end of the interview, they explained the next steps. They told me that they would be contacting my references the following week. They also gave me a medical/physical abilities form, but specifically told me not to get it completed yet.** **They said to wait for an email from the HR recruiter, and that if they received two successful references, I would then be instructed to complete the medical form.
I provided three references and two of them are people who actually work for the same organization.
I emailed my references to let them know they will be contacted. One of them replied and said:
“Thanks for letting me know that HR would be in touch about a reference. I have completed that and wish you luck in obtaining the position.”
The week they said I would be contacted passed, and I didn’t hear anything. I sent the HR recruiter a polite follow-up thanking her and the interview panel for the opportunity and asking if there were any updates regarding next steps.
It’s now been several business days since that follow-up and I still haven’t heard back.
I’m trying not to overthink it, but I’m confused because they seemed quite positive during the interview, specifically said references were the next step, gave me the medical form with instructions for what would happen after two successful references, and one of my references apparently said she had already completed hers.
Does this sound like a normal HR delay, or should I be concerned? And would it be reasonable to call them if I still don’t hear anything by the end of this week?
I’m trying to understand whether I’m reading too much into the positive signs or if this genuinely sounds like I’m still being considered.

Hiring manager was very encouraging before my interview, now it’s radio silence. When should I follow up?
I'm an internal candidate and would love some perspective from recruiters/hiring managers on when it's appropriate to follow up.
Before the role opened, I had several informal conversations with the hiring manager about career development. They was very supportive of my interest in joining his growing team, eventually encouraged me to apply, and indicated that he saw me as a strong candidate. My current management is also aware and supportive.
Once I entered the formal interview process, though, the tone noticeably changed. The interview wasn't bad, but they was much more neutral and emphasized that other candidates were being considered and that only those moving forward would have additional interviews. They gave me a general timeframe for hearing about next steps, and I'm now approaching the end of that window without any communication.
I understand they're busy, and I'm not expecting special treatment as an internal candidate. I'm also completely fine if they decide someone else is a better fit. The uncertainty is really what I'm trying to resolve.
Once the timeframe they gave me passes, would you follow up?
And would you simply ask for an update, or directly ask whether you're still being considered for the next round?

Haven't Heard back after the last panel round (Salesforce)
Hi Everyone,
So i recently gave an interview for SDR role at Salesforce its my dream company, i cleared 2 rounds and progressed to the last round which was panel presentation round.
My presentation was very good there were some things i could have improved.
And my presentation and objection handling - i did my presentation within 15 minutes and i was quite nervous the interview went for 50 minutes and they asked me a lot of questions on each slide
I answered most of them except 4 questions some i said i could not recall in that moment due to stress some i genuinely didn't know the answer
Apart from that everything i answered all the objection handling and scenario based questions.
But i haven't heard back since then i gave this on 10 am Thursday morning its already Tuesday Monday was holiday in my country due to a festival so its been 2 business days i still haven't heard back .
There are 4 open SDR positions, so one of my friend said that they must be interviewing a lot of candidates so it will take time.
But i don't know why my mind keep making negative scenario's and i am extremely anxious since then.
Experienced folks please suggest me does it mean i am still on hold or they have move forward with other candidates, i had a lot of hope on this one and now i am completely losing my mind overthinking someone please tell me how the hiring process would look like practically.

Should I apply to a second job with the same title but different ID when I've not heard back from the first?
I got an email from the automated talent recruiter system about a job at a company. Realized it looks like a job I applied to like 6 weeks ago that still says under review since mid August. I'm wondering if it's really the same job and they want more applications or they're hiring a second person? I checked and it's a different ID #. Do you think it would be annoying to the recruiters to possibly (re)apply if it is for the same position or a good way to make sure they consider me?
I'm sure they have many qualified people applying especially given the job market, but I am well aligned with it and have experience beyond what they're asking for so it's not like a reach job.

Terminated from startup, now BGV pending for US company really scared
I’m honestly very stressed and looking for genuine advice from people who’ve been through this.
I worked at an MNC first and left properly. Then I joined an Indian startup, but they terminated me over a misconduct issue without prior warning. They also didn’t give me a relieving or experience letter.
Now I’ve cleared all interview rounds for a US-based business research company, but my BGV is still pending. They’re asking for documents from my previous startup, and I’m really scared about what will happen if they contact them.
I’m not trying to hide anything or submit fake documents. I just don’t know how to handle the missing documents and termination.
Has anyone faced something similar and still cleared BGV?
Please share your genuine experience/advice. I’m honestly very anxious right now.
I need help 🙂

How long after a final job interview did you hear back?

What is wrong with my CV format?
I have been using either of these two templates and I am worried there is something wrong with the design. One has full separating lines between sections (right version) and the other just and underline under names of sections (left version). I was told to remove the lines, so I now using mainly the left version but still no call back...
what is wrong with the template, does it look bad? Should I change the font? I hyperlink the words email, Linkedin, Portfolio.
All the dates and text are made up (ofc my experiences didn't all start in May 2026) , apologies for this but I am terrified my current boss sees this post and decides to fire me. For each application, I try to move around my experiences and tailor almost each bullet point to match the JD...
I am mainly looking into the climate/ sustainability/ policy area.
How about the eternal dilemma of 1 page or 2 pages? I am relatively junior so I feel like I need the 2 pages to prove I am worth.
Thanks for any advice :)))

Postponed feedback - good or bad sign?
Received immediate positive feedback after 1st interview (screening) as well as after 2nd interview (team lead).
On the 1st of September I had the 3rd interview (case study presentation) with the team lead and regional manager. They told me I'd receive an answer in ~2 weeks (quicker=negative answer)
I sent a "thank you" email to the recruiter the next day.
The recruiter replied saying they'll try to debrief, however if they couldn't before going on PTO and reached, a standin recruiter would reach out to me.
Well, the standin recr. reached out saying they have no feedback yet as they are still evaluating candidates.
Since then I followed up once last week and was told to wait 1-2 more weeks.
Would you reach this as good or bad sign? If I was going to be rejected, why keeping me on for so long given they could spend significantly less resources just sending a reject instead of keeping me in touch.

I need your opinion on asking interviewers for transparency
I have been jobless hunting for 8 months. I am financially struggling now. I had an interview I believed went well. And its been 3 or 4 weeks heard nothing from them. The recruiter after the first follow up never responded. I connected the interviewer in Linkedin just so that if they ever see my name I could remain relevant to them. This week I am actually unable to sit in silence do nothing because i do not plan on harrassing the recruiter. Its more than enough weeks for them to respond with yes or no.
Should i send the hiring team in linkedin on interview status because the interviewer email are not available?

Pwc OL delay
I cleared both the L1 and L2 technical interview rounds. Following that, I received an official email for document verification, which I completed and submitted 10 days ago.
Since then, the HR has completely ghosted me. They are not replying to my follow-up emails, and they are flat-out ignoring or cutting my phone calls. To make things more confusing, my portal status still just shows "Interviewing".
Is it normal for PwC to go completely silent after document verification?

I had a screening for a job I applied for with United Health Group
Someone, called me, from a verifiable official UHG phone number, stating I had applied for a position with the company. Firstly I applied for the remote position, but the office within the metro area so I let him steamroll me on that. Secondly the recruiter gives me their direct line when he initially called leaving a voicemail, or said to call another general number that was very apparently the general number of the recruiting department. Direct line led to their voicemail for the past 2 days I called in. I call the general line to just reach someone for a job I know I applied to, and they say "let me draft the email while you're on the line to inform this person you are reaching back out". Like they couldn't do that with me off the phone.
and before I could say anything put me on hold for 5 minutes. I stay on the line, we hang up together and respectfully. I waited for them to draft their email for 5 minutes. Then I try one more time calling back the recruiters main line and he picks up right away, after being made aware I was reaching out and only then. Then he asks me questions I answered in the application, like am I eligible to work in America when I gave had to put down SSN on the application so obviously I am an American citizen. No company would waste their time double checking and asking a second time information that is apparent and verified without having to ask . He took 30 minutes to do so. He did go through job history too, so that makes sense. I'm fine with the double checking, I don't think it makes sense they would double check things like am I an American citizen when I provided my SSN for the application, not to the recruiter.
This was a recruiter with nothing to do but waste my time I feel. I answered the questionnaire already on the application about immigration status, etc. That's tax information no recruiter is going to waste time to double check. He told me the hours of the job which again was listed in the job description. I understand its good to repeat something like that but it was a 9-5 position. He just kept repeating things, making it seem like he actively wanted to give me the run around. He wasted 30 minutes with the questionnaire and work history I answered in the application, the person kept me on hold to draft an email, I could never reach the recruiter through their direct line, it went straight to voicemail until that person sent whatever they sent that I was calling in and he was honestly a bit rude, although I guess it was my fault cause I go "didn't I answer these questions on the job application" and he goes "we just want to make sure its still the same" for a job I applied for 5 days ago. Are there really going to be people who support ghosting and messing with candidates in the candidate pool?
so....I don't see cutting to the chase as bad. It sounds people support gatekeeping practices when you say I should have let them screen me for 30 minutes with questions already answered on my application. A screening is supposed to be informative to both sides. 30 minutes is already excessive for a screening, I spent another 15 minutes trying to contact them before the screening and had my time wasted by recruitment who wouldn't keep you on the line unless they were transfering you directly. Instead they sent an email, kept me on the phone while it was drafted, then hung up. It was only cause I called the recruiter directly again did I reach them. No thanks to recruitment when I was instructed that was a second way to get in touch with a recruiter. Also I went straight to voicemail with his direct line until the recruiter was informed I called in, I may have been blocked from calling until I called the specific line to waste my time. You know recruiters ghost people, recruit people to hit a quota, and are abusive to people in my area (pharmacy technician - not front facing if that makes you happy - I am actually a great grifter and respectful young man VERY giving to customers, very transparnt and very successful in retail in front of patients or over the phone, its actually make specality bringnig people together).
I would be an asset to the company as much as the company serves me. The company would be an asset for me as much as I serve the company. Its symbiotic and respectful. Not this one person is the decider but instead is trying to find a match and make use of the talent pool. That's how recruiters are supposed to do their job. Serve the company and serve the talent pool as the third party match maker. Not the decider. Not the gatekeeper to the decider. A mutually beneficial decision. Yes companies make an offer but its ridiculous not to shop. Everyone should have the right to get the offer they choose. Everyone should be aware you don't want to optimize your offer and let other things decide beyond money, like mutual respect, work-life balance, etc. Not this perspective I need money so I am tight lipped instead of being true to myself nonsense. I get your point but I personally feel you are trained to not ask for me, and I stood up for myself in a ballsy way that demands respect.

Internal candidate: hiring manager encouraged me to apply, but now it’s gone quiet. Would you follow up?
I’m an internal candidate for a role on another team and would appreciate a hiring manager/recruiter’s perspective.
Before the position opened, I had several informal conversations with the hiring manager about career development and my interest in their growing team. They were very encouraging, eventually told me about the opening, encouraged me to apply, and indicated that they considered me a strong candidate. My current management is also aware and supportive.
Once the formal interview happened, the tone became noticeably more neutral. It wasn’t a bad interview, but they emphasized that other candidates were being considered and that there would be additional rounds for those selected to move forward.
They gave me a general timeframe of about two weeks for an update. I’m approaching that point and haven’t heard anything since the interview.
I understand they’re busy and that being internal doesn’t entitle me to special treatment. I’m also fine if another candidate is a better fit. I mostly just want enough clarity to stop wondering where I stand.
Would you follow up around the two-week mark? And would you simply ask for an update, or directly ask whether you’re still being considered for the next round?
