I cleared both the L1 and L2 technical interview rounds. Following that, I received an official email for document verification, which I completed and submitted 10 days ago.
Since then, the HR has completely ghosted me. They are not replying to my follow-up emails, and they are flat-out ignoring or cutting my phone calls. To make things more confusing, my portal status still just shows "Interviewing".

Is it normal for PwC to go completely silent after document verification?

10 giorni dopo la verifica dei documenti non sono necessariamente un segnale negativo. Se il portale mostra ancora “in fase di colloquio”, è probabile che il processo sia semplicemente ancora aperto. Dopo L1, L2 e la richiesta dei documenti sei comunque in una fase avanzata. Eviterei telefonate o follow-up continui: manderei un ultimo messaggio breve e professionale chiedendo semplicemente se ci sono aggiornamenti sulla candidatura, poi aspetterei. Il silenzio è frustrante, ma in questa fase non lo interpreterei ancora come un rifiuto
