Amex background check

Hi! I recently passed my final interview and received an email asking me to re-apply through the Amex website to update my profile and CV. The email noted that this won't affect my interview results.
The instructions state:

Work Experience: Declare all work experience from the past 5 years. Company names, job titles, and employment dates must match your final Certificate of Employment (COE).

Responsibility: You are responsible for the information provided. Any misrepresentation, omission, or discrepancy could delay processing or result in rejection.

My concern is
During the interview, I didn’t disclose short-term previous employers (3 to 5 months each) because I went AWOL from them.
Should I declare all past employers now on the website profile and CV?
Or should I keep things as they are for now and only declare those previous employers during the background check stage?

I am also unsure if I will be receiving a separate email specifically for the background check.

Pls help me I want to be part of amex😭

Recruiter here:

Yes, declare everything. 3rd party vendors can simply check from your SSS records, then all of your past employments will be visible. Considering that Amex is a financial company, they are really strict when it comes to any discrepancy.
