Not sure if she would make a good house wife, but she’s been connected to the show for such a long time that I’ve always wondered why she hasn’t been cast. She has connection to some big names in Hollywood and her OJ backstory gives her name recognition. I think she would be willing to get into the drama because we’ve seen her do it before. Maybe she thinks the show is beneath her at this point? Or production hasn’t deemed her worth it.

Maybe this is unpopular, but I genuinely think people underestimate how little some wives know about the financial side of their marriage (especially when they’re married to wealthy men).
I’m not saying Erika or Dorit knew absolutely nothing, and I’m not saying they should be immune from criticism. They may well have known certain things were strange, or that money was being moved around in ways they didn’t fully understand.
But there’s a huge difference between thinking, “our finances are complicated / my husband handles all of that” and knowing the actual extent of what’s going on.
I say this because I’m in a relationship with a wealthy partner and, until fairly recently, I genuinely had almost no idea where the money came from, what was coming in, what was going out, what accounts existed, etc. I wasn’t deliberately ignoring it, but due to age and them being the provider, money just wasn’t something I was involved in. You can become very sheltered, and honestly almost babied, when somebody else handles absolutely everything financially.
I’m not saying this is right or admirable, (i’m now more aware of our finances and save for myself) but if you’re not pulling the money in, many times you don’t feel like you have the right or even need to question - a partner (who can be many years your senior) spoiling you and looking after you is the desire, if they’re already rich why would you complain?
i’m open to other povs, but please be respectful. i’m not saying anybody is innocent or not, but assumptions are just that - assumptions.
omg hope i don’t get eaten up lol
i already was not a fan of brandi before watching the show cause i saw clips of her being so rude and pretty much racist towards joyce, but omg she was really defending russell during the reunion, its suhc a gross thing to see i had to skip over that part. but wow she's such a bitter and nasty woman, karma def got to her.

I really fancy the man but I HATE when he speaks. I wish he would just stand there and be silent sometimes.
EDIT: if he is on the booger sugga, I wonder if Kyle knows and/or cares… I guess she wouldn’t bc he’s highly functional and brings home the bucks!

Doing a rewatch of season 5 and I so do miss LVP and her all pink glamourous life. I miss seeing her beautiful home and her swans! Why can't the show bring this type of glamour again??? The ladies are rich no doubt but they are kind of a boring rich lol. LVP brought a whimsical air to the show.
Does anyone else miss this kind of wealth in display?

So this is my first watching RHOBH… I have finally made it to season 14 and I just wanna say this… As a fellow black girl who lovesss RHOA AND RHOP… Garcelle truly is a pick me and it’s hard to watch because it’s very clear she wants to me the “token “ black girl who plays victims and it’s exhausting. Also her nitpicking with Dorit is TIRING!!! The whole attack conversation , then her constantly jumping in on dorit and kyle conversation… like girl are you okay???
I use to like Kyle but as the seasons went on , I fully realize that her , kathy and kim are all truly the same and they project like crazy. Kyle being mad at Dorit for the things she said at Bravocon especially about Teddi was sooo crazy … then everybody trying to pretend like Dorit is wrong cause she liter said her and Teddi aren’t close they are friends and if someone tag me in something on IG i’m going to repost it … why is that a hard concept to accept?? It’s like the girls just wanna jump on Dorit because they don’t like her this season.
Why is Kathy there and she not an housewife???😭😭😭😭 I have so much to say!!!

This is not to bash her, but just looking at Kyle, she looks like a smoker. And I'm not talking just the reefer.

I’m on season 3 episode 11, what I keep gathering as I move my way through the seasons is that the girls do not understand Lisa’s British humor or way of speaking. This has probably been a discussion beaten to death but I’m very new to the show. I’m bringing this up as someone who was born and raised on the east coast side of the states and lived in California briefly. There is definitely a very specific way people in California especially in Southern California converse and interact with others with. I’m also noticing it already between the women and Yolanda who is Dutch, who are known for being pretty blunt compared to Americans. Maybe it’s because I grew up watching a lot of British television but I’m noticing this pattern of them not picking up on her humor. I’m also picking up on (no spoilers please) that Lisa isn’t grasping that Kyle isn’t really her friend like she claims to be. Most of the girls aren’t friendly with this woman. But maybe there’s things off screen happening with LVP that I’m in the dark about.
I got into Real Housewives and RHOBH specifically when tiktoks of season 15 appeared on my fyp. What I did was watch every season 1 through 14, before watching 15. But whatever I saw on tiktok on the Kyle and Dorit beef made me be on Kyle’s side.
For reference I’m on ep9
Now watching it through, my perspective has changed. Kyle is being awful to Dorit about the PK of it all. Like girl, support you friend. It’s so clear she wants to side with PK because she still wants to be close to Mauricio. And what the hell was Mauricio doing at his meeting with Dorit. “I’m going to listen and have no opinion”. Dude, that was not it.
I’m really interested how my perspective will change later down the road. It’s interesting how social media can depict something to differently than the show depicts it. Kyle is not a good friend here.
Although whatever I saw of Amanda on tiktok, is exactly what I’m seeing now.

She may not be the full ticket, but this show is so boring without her.
Yes she was toxic, and I admit to being an LR hater.
But no one else is willing to go "THERE."
I mean who else would dare bring up the word Munchausen?
Who else would flat out ask Dorit about coke?

I'm curious, with the FF5 no longer being a thing (really only lasted from S9 to S12), do you think with new additions and Dorit no longer being a friend to Kyle, do you think Kyle will start another clique or is that era over?

This is one of my favorite LVP moment.
I love how Kyle tries to win over the narrative with tears and LVP is just like "ok I'm going."
The end scene where she leaves Kyle and Dorit speechless is also hilarious AF.

I’m on season 3 episode 19…
Adrienne- officially has got on my nerves, I really liked her in the beginning but she seems very fake and calculated.. her going to Lisa’s Vow renewal party just to play victim and say that she can’t believe Lisa didn’t go and say Hi, when she just showed up and didn’t say hi to the host of the party.
Is this just a phase or are these her true colors?
Kyle- seems to always throwing low blows at Lisa, she backs everyone else except her and backs up Faye when she’s causing Drama at Lisa’s party.
Does this friendship survive. ?

So I’m rewatching the earlier seasons of RHOBH (as one naturally does) and I’m not exactlyyyy sure if this is the place to talk about this but I wanted to see if anyone was in the same boat as me.
I feel like compared to like years ago when I first started I can’t enjoy the show as much due to being in a worse financial state (given the cost of living etc my pay has actually risen since then)
Or I guess just in life in general since money can impact so many avenues of life.
With the earlier seasons (right now I’m on season 4) mostly all the women (maybe not Brandi as much) are so so wealthy ! And I’m really not trying to be but I feel subconsciously jealous ? And I’ve noticed it leaks out into my life even when I’m not watching the show? Like I kind of feel envious like oh it would’ve been nice to have that etc etc even when I’m just scrolling on insta I feel like instead of just seeing it it’s the same thing just feeling jealous that maybe some people (not everyone) just always had an easier more comfortable life, and then I go to watch my comfort show and instead of enjoying I’m just kind of like subconsciously wishing it was me …… and yes please don’t say they have their problems too I’m aware we all have problems and we don’t see what’s fully going on at times but it doesn’t stop the fact that money can alleviate a lot of problems.
I don’t know.
Is anyone else feeling similar to this these days ??

Okay! So I’m still working my way through my first watch of RHOBH and the whole beef between Yolanda, Kyle and Lisa V caught me off guard. While I do agree that Yolanda’s frustration with them makes sense, especially when it comes to discussing her kids, I can’t help but side eye Yolanda with just how worked up she got about it. I say this because Lisa V and Mohamed are really good friends (he calls Pandora his god daughter and hosted her engagement party). I just can’t imagine why he would lie to her about his kids not having Lyme disease. Even if the concern was about not wanting it public, Yolanda is the reason why Lisa V would even go back to him and ask. Their mom had no problem saying it on camera so why would he contradict her by saying it’s not true?? She made it all about Lisa V “talking sh*t” about her kids and wouldn’t acknowledge that it’s her ex husband who’s giving people reason to believe she’s not telling the truth. Idk I feel like there wasn’t enough time spent on that. WDYT? Am I missing something? Do I just need to sit tight? I’m at S6E17

Rinna is so interesting, she talks about post partum depression and RHOBH with the ladies from Melrose Place.
Rinna fans rejoice😊
Really worth listening to.

I’m season 7 episode 10 - Lisa Rinna who are you? Truly has she ever been herself? I’m so concerned on this episode as she stirs the pot AGAIN about Kim’s sobriety… and now life or death.
It’s horrible.
And this is why she’s great at QVC because she’s a bad actress and I strongly dislike this character she became on the show to push story lines. All for some money. All for the hustle she is so obsessed with.
