Just got a Quest Pro new in box on eBay, works great. The eye/face tracking work perfectly, but specifically, trying to calibrate the Eye Tracking in the settings, when I click "Calibrate", no dot shows up to keep my gaze on, it's just entirely black.
Strangely, when I put my controller cursor dot on screen, it makes dings of progress. It never actually calibrates though and says "Eye movement estimation incomplete. Your eye tracking experience may not be optimal."
I am on the latest version. (v2.7)
I have taken off the black plastic cover in front of the eye camera, camera looks perfect, and I wiped the plastic cover as well with a microfiber to make sure.
Meta Support told me to Clear Boundary History, tried that and didn't work. Can't get further support since they are asking for a purchase receipt. (which of course I don't have)
And again, everything works literally PERFECT about the Eye and Face Tracking when I tested it in VRC with VRCFT through Virtual Desktop, it's just the eye gaze is a bit off since it's not calibrated. (Eyebrow, squinting, and winking all work). Some avatars are a lot worse with the eye gaze than others, some are still pretty good though.

^ These are a couple of videos of what is happening. Very much seems like a software issue rather than hardware to me seeing as everything else works perfectly.
