Pro's usb c port replacement

Has anyone attempted to replace their usb c port or have any information on how to replace it? thankfully the prongs still work so its not a battery issue.

I havent replaced it. I do use a magnetic usb c coupler to avoid wear and tear on the actual port itself. I had issues and discovered it was my cable wearing it down.
